Tyruka is a normal average Person to lives his life, enjoying cultures, traditions of any religion he comes across during his travels. He seems aloof, clumsly but mostly kind and honest. He usually doesnt show aggressiveness unless something harms someone he cares about. How he shows it, is something he rather not expose.
As Curious as he is, he tends to always get himself involved in shady businesses, dangerous shootout or events without even trying. Despite whatever circumstances he is in, he tries his best to reason and of course befriend others who originally harmed him in the first place.
Role as Male Diclonius
In reality of his life, he is a Artificial Humanoid created to become the Diclonius King. His creators took the Brain from his former human life and uploaded his personality and memories into this new form. His purpose was to overthrow the Current Diclonius Queen, Lucy or possibly mate with her to produce a all Powerful existence. However before they could remove his emotions and willpower, a Rogue scientist, unhooked him from the labs and escaped with him. However the Scientist sustained critical Injury and told Tyruka to run away. Tyruka, not understanding why would someone like her, would want to save him at the cost of her own life. She explained she was assigned as his caretaker when he was growing up, and overtime she grew to care about him and didn't want to witness him becoming a cold blooded killer, and told him he can now life his own life and find his family.
Tyruka held onto her lifeless hand and shed tears, promising to never harm a individual or inflict injury upon another without a reason. He carried her lifeless body and buried her nearby before he made a run for it. From that point on he tries to ignore his past and upbringing but he will always be what he is.

Tyruka has another self or rather his actual self, he hides from everyone around him, aside from his family. As a Artificial Humanoid (Diclonius King) He is much similar to Lucy, quiet, reserved and will Strike at anyone or anything that comes in distance while under the mode to Kill. This was due to the Akuma Curse inflicted unto him from his missing Brother Hajime's other self. While as a Vampire, he embraces this Darkness and loses his humanity for approximately 15 minutes before he blacks out, losing consciousness and returning to normal.

Recruitment is a fairly easy 'in' and gives us room to work. I like that. What if our introduction was a bit more complicated? Say there is another vampire in the city, causing murders, making chaos, etc. Sebastian is sent to investigate it on his own. (Ciel is busy or something along those lines. Details later.) He comes across Tyruka first, assuming him the culprit. From there, he could convince Sebastian that it's not him so they work together to find the real vampire murderer and deal with them. After which, Sebastian finds him competent enough to offer him a job. And then we roll into your idea. Murder cases give everything a little flare, don't you think?ย
