Final Fantasy XV Parting Ways

At the Crownsguard's training hall, Clarus Amicitia tells Gladiolus, his son, about the security measures in place during the signing ceremony of the treaty between Lucis and Niflheim. Cor is assigned on external patrol that day but only the bare minimum of the Crownsguard will be on duty, as the Citadel will be left to the Kingsglaive. The peace has brought along many changes, including the role of the Crownsguard whose new place will be with the people now rather than the king. Cor arrives with Prompto Argentum who has arrived for his Crownsguard uniform. Gladiolus and Prompto leave, and the atmosphere becomes solemn. Cor is unhappy the Crownsguard has been excluded from everything related to the signing, and Clarus reminds him that the new orders are for the Crownsguard to protect the people of Lucis, and says Kingsglaive are is the only ones who can fight the Empire. After the fall of Lucis's crown city, Noctis gets a call from Cor who tells Noctis for him and his group to meet him at Hammerhead. Cor confirms the news that the king has perished to a shocked Noctis. At Hammerhead Cid tells Noctis Cor has gone to the Royal Tomb in the local Leide area. Noctis finds Cor there, who explains Noctis his next mission of collecting the weapons of the past Lucian kings to gain the power to reclaim his throne. Noctis finds it difficult to concentrate on this new objective.

Our whole lives are just stories.

His son's safety is his first priority. He helps Noctis grow and shows him what it means to be a king. Out of everyone he meets, Regis has the greatest impact on Noctis's life.Regis wants Noctis to find his own path in life. As such, he asks Ignis, Gladiolus, and Prompto to not guide Noctis, but rather stand by his side as he finds his own way. Cor served alongside Regis during The Old War.

**Important** You will note the line above starting with has been added in. When you switch players with one of your own, make sure to add that line to your music player code. While the code is not needed in this layout, it's best to get in the habit of adding it in. Firefox does not always properly hide a 'hidden' object without a code like the above.
