New Shu-Han Army was formed by Xu Shiya in order to restore Han Dynasty to its former glory. It started as small vagabond army of Shu Kingdom. Xu Shiya gained the first supremacy on town of Xuchang where she strongly reigned with trust and friendship. The army consisted of multi-talented people who possessed great attachment to the leader, Xu Shiya / Liu Sya by all means or reasons. They were basically acquainted to her as teacher, mentor, classmate, etc. Per chance they are just ordinary people with extraordinary talent  whom she happened to recruit to her army. Few of them were formerly loyal officer of Liu Bei who disfavoured the leadership of his successor, Liu Shan while others simply preferred Xu Shiya with every potential and ability as  fitting successor for the Kingdom despite of her status as daughter of a concubine.
