Q & A [Rule Blog]
Q &A [Rules]
[The entirety of the rules will be questions answered in character by Edward mostly. There will be times the writer will step in to answer when its out of the character’s knowledge. Read them, find the questions within the rule section (that’s bolded), and sign the blog with your name and answers. I’ll know when you haven’t read the rules. The purpose of this is to inform my friendlist and to see if you guys pay attention. --Loose Cannon’s Writer.]
Q: What verses and genres do you write in?
A: [Ed] “A, what now? Outside of military paperwork and to communicate with others, I hardly write. I’m more of a ‘people’ person, you know?”
A: [Writer] I roleplay Edward from Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. That series is based off the actual manga and surpasses the original anime in my opinion. At some point, I’ll read the manga for myself. Til then, I’ll accept any roleplayer/writer who is capable of fitting in FMA Brotherhood’s storyline. Bottom line for verses, I do not roleplay solely for smut. I write for stories. If I get approached with smut or intended for smut randomly, I’ll delete you. That’s your only warning. As for genres, I’m likely gonna go for: Action, Adventure, Historical and Fantasy. As a Full Metal Alcehmist fan, I just don’t see my character in the Science Fiction verse or anything futuristic. FMA takes place in the 1900s. Lol
Q: Do you accept original characters to interact with?
A: [Ed] “A person’s a person. We are all human. If you don’t count the homunculi, of course.”
A: [Writer] Yeah, I do. Any roleplayer is capable of a decent storyline. Just need to have a bit of knowledge and creativity.
Q: Does Edward date original characters?
A: “I do not see myself having a closer connection to any other woman than Winry. It took years until I’ve admitted feelings for her. Imagine, how I would be to a woman I’ve never met before.”
A: [Writer] In Brotherhood, Edward’s feelings and attraction for Winry is present throughout the series. He just don’t admit to them until later around season five. The fact that even the antagonists in Brotherhood got Winry to be involved with their affairs against Edward allowed him to be careful around them at first. So, I ship canon relationships like this without question. I was never a fan of Canon x OC relationships.
Q: Are you a literate writer? Do you accept one-liners?
A: “I don’t mind mind tooting my own horn but I did not get into the military for nothing.”
A: [Writer] Yeah, I’m literate if I can write paragraphs like this. As long as its one or two paragraphs, I’ll reply. I don’t accept one-liners unless its out of character. I know not all of our writing is perfect but at least don’t use ‘text language’ to me. Its a turn off as a person to try to figure out what you said in the english language when that’s my native language.Q: Do you enter group roleplays?
A: “Sure, if there’s a motive and adventures behind it, why not?”
A: [Writer] I only enter storyline groups. I will duck any group regarding heavy on fighting. Edward is a human. He does not have god-like powers like some characters in other animes. The most power he did had was when he’s an Alchemist. But even he gave up alchemy after Brotherhood ended. If Edward was to fight, it would be in close quarters combat. That’s his specialty in all of his fight scenes anyways.
Q: Do you offer out of character contact?
A: [Writer] I do but not often. Besides messages, I wouldn’t indulge in heavy OOC. Doing that too much defeats the purpose of writing with others and the role of the website. It also leads to dramatic scenarios with people you’re likely gonna disagree with. And that's something I definitely don't want. Aniroleplay is a roleplaying site.
Q: [Writer] Now I have questions for you, roleplayer. What’s your favorite Full Metal Alchemist’s song? Who is your favorite character from the series? For example, my favorite songs from the Brotherhood series is Season 3’s Period and Season 4’s Shunkan Sentimental.
Q: Where do you write at?
A: [Writer]: Messages and Blogs. Groups if requested.
