Victoria Dumbledore. It was a heavy burden, her name. Her father was the headmaster of the greatest school of Witchcraft and Wizardy in Britain. Being around the school since her birth, she had picked up on a good deal many lessons before her time came to enroll herself. Sorted into Gryffindor was expected.
But when you grow up in a castle surrounded by Witches and Wizards and Spells of all sorts.. well, what if the Sorting Hat saw a little something more in you then you cared to admit? Something a little.. darker?
That was a heavy burden too.
Victoria's timeline is that of the Marauders Era in the Hogwarts Universe. Before Voldemort waged war and vanished. Before the Boy Who Lived.
Everyone knows the story about the Boy Who Lived. But a story that wasn't often told was the tale of a girl. A girl who's father supposedly betrayed his wife, the daughter of a Headmaster, and set up the murder of his best friends and was sent away to Azkaban forever.
Raised by her grandfather with no knowledge of who her father truly was until it came to light, Liddia started Hogwarts one year before Harry Potter and his chaotic arrival that sent Hogwarts into a whirlwind of death and corruption.
Liddia was certainly a Gryffindor who showed loyalty. Standing at her friends sides as they fought and helping to bring down He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named.. the real murderder of her mother. But her story wasn't all just a bed of roses. Love and Loss, A Hidden Identity.. And what would happen after it was all over?
Liddia Dumbledore-Black is the daughter of my Marauder's Character and Sirius Black. Her timeline takes place during the years of Harry Potter and his time at Hogwarts if not a little earlier.
