Baiken was born in Japan, but had to move to a colony after the monstrous Bioweapon known as the Gear Justice destroyed her land. While her and her family survived
and tried to rebuild a life as normal as possible in the colony, luck wouldn't be on their side; when Baiken was still a child, a group of feral Gears seemingly lead
by a shadowy man attacked the colony, and all of Baiken's family and friends along with the whole colony except herself got butchered in the process, leaving her
homeless, alone, and forever fueled by the flames of revenge.
Losing her right arm and left eye during the attack did nothing to stop her; the following years were spent learning the way of the blade, and in a couple decades,
Baiken turned into a beautiful woman and most importantly one of the most skilled Samurai the world has ever seen, tossing aside her pride, her honor, and even her
femininity for the sake of power and revenge against "That Man". She's been hunting all sorts of monsters since then just to hone her skills and as a way out for her
violent urges. Her blind rage is however put aside if a greater good is at stake, much to her dismay.
Missing an arm and an eye don't hinder Baiken's combat prowess in the slightest. Her uncanny skills with a sword and Ki control are joined by the countless tricks
under her sleeve, including hidden chains, claws, firearms and more. Her style is completely based in defeating and killing her enemies no matter the cost, and thus
follows no honor code whatsoever.
