Unlike fade the more it's used on a person it has no effective in the long run.

Bio: Was sold to a group at the age of two. His parents hit hard times. Thinking he would be better off with this group they sold him. At three he was brought to a lab. Where other kids would be. Soon after the breaking him down began. They tortured
and abused him. When he was finally broken down. They would train him to blend in with his surroundings. Pretend to be part of the group. They also schooled him. They wanted to make perfect assassins. Then the government came in. They had their own plans for the kids.
Now being ten he was taken from the only people he considered family. Moved to a place called the LAB. It was run by a man name Xavier Powers. He was nice enough to him and the rest. He run his test and such on them. Then the experiments started up. They would do the most dangerous stuff on other kids. Making sure it wouldn't kill the "Ten" these was the kids that was going to be the new assets for the government. Xavier never personality worked on them, but it was his work that was used. Combined with the brainwashing and now experiments Judas fell further into the darkness. He was starting to enjoy the feeling. The pain was a gift he thought. He started believing he is being trained to go out and give the gift to others.
Ten years has pass and he is now twenty. The experiments have been over for years. It was about five years ago, when the "ten" planned and executed their plan. They used the other kids as a distraction as they escaped. They all disappeared in the wind. Judas bouncing around from city to city then ended up in New York. He was a smart person and he enrolled in NYU and that where he is at current time.
In the time he bounced around. He did his first killing. Was some woman out for a jog. He ran up behind her and hit her with a rock to back of the head. He then took her and tortured her until her life ended. It was such a thrill he kept it up. The more he did it the more he realize his powers was getting stronger. That with the rush made him continue. Once an area got a bit too hot for him, he'll move on. He finally did all he could in Japan, and he bounce around Europe for a while. He hit the shores of America and didn't waste any time. He killed his first American victim hours after getting there. A college student by the name of Thomas Jones. He was an NYU student. That when he decided to enroll. Now he has a new playground. He can't wait to get started.
