Hellsing- Alice is the younger cousin to Integra Hellsing, having lost her mother during childbirth. Her father knowing now his brother's were, taking his newborn daughter and leaving the Hellsing estate. After Abraham's death, along with his other brothers. Charlie's Hellsing returned to the Hellsing estate with his young daughter in tow.
At the age of twelve, Alice loses her father in a vampire attack which badly injures Alice in process. She heals rather quickly, though the whole ordeal leaves Alice frightened. As she grows up, Alice eventually marries and is expecting her first child. Alice sadly ends up losing her husband, him being a solider for the Hellsing army. Alice either loses the child due to depression, or carries the child to full term welcoming a new member of the Hellsing family.
Bram Stokers, Dracula. Alice is the daughter of Abraham Van Helsing, having been the only child of his to survive, along with his older daughter. Having been kept from the world of vampires, Alice eventually learns the truth about them. She is fascinated by them. Which either leads her to falling in love with a vampire, or placing her in danger with a vampire.
Castlevania- Alice is the adopted daughter to Dracula and Lisa, while also being the adopted younger sister to Alucard. Alice was five when Lisa found Alice, clinging to her deceased mother, begging for her to wake up. Alice's mother was actually very sick, Lisa has been giving her medicine in hopes to help. With not seeing or hearing from Alice's mother, Lisa began to worry and went to check on them. With her discovery, Lisa didn't have the heart to leave the child there, after having already gotten to know her Lisa brought her home. It didn't take much for Lisa to convince Dracula, from then she became their daughter.
Alice could possibly be present at the time that Lisa was killed, completely horrified by the act. Alice remained hidden within the castle, afraid to leave in fear the same fate would befall her. Alice feared her father, mostly feared his anger. Though understanding that he was angry, because she was also angry. She felt like killing every human was right, should focus more on the church. Alice was also a bystander at Lisa's murder, understanding the fear of those who didn't speak up. With the church gone, there would be no one to feed people lies. Alice tried to fight this with Dracula, seeing that he wouldn't listen Alice left. Despite her fear, Alice tried her best to help as many people as she could. Eventually Alice was taken in by the church, they saw how the night creatures didn't attack her. Even overhearing her talk, giving away who she was. They had planned to burn Alice the following morning, which would only be more reason for Dracula's anger. However as night fell, a nigh creature was able to hunt her down, killing the humans responsible for her kidnapping. The night creature freed Alice, returning her home.
When Alucard returned to defeat their father, begging for them both to stop. Alice ends up in between the two, being smacked across the room. Alice remained unconscious during their fight, only to be woken by Alucard after their father was killed.
After Dracula was killed, Alice continued Lisa's work as best as she could. With her knowledge of medicine, Alice aided those injured and continued to help people years later.
