He was born in ancient Rome, the child of a Roman Centurion and a Chinese traveler. However, tragedy struck and he was adopted by a death witch. After several years, he joined warrior monks to seek training and test his abilities in the coliseum. There he had a near-death experience that resulted in dealings with a Great Old One, which led to his ascension to godhood.
As an Eldritch God, Shen had many centuries exploring the universe and learning all its secrets. He developed a deep understanding of the fundamental forces of reality, as well as the workings of magic and the supernatural. Despite his godly status, he never forgot his mortal origins and retained a love for human culture and history.
However, at some point, he became disillusioned with his godly existence. He grew tired of the endless cycle of power struggles and cosmic games and he decided to live in enjoyment.
His persona is lighthearted and goofy, concealing his true identity as an Eldritch God. He enjoys making friends and experiencing the simple pleasures of mortal life, but always kept his godly powers and knowledge at the ready in case of danger.
He finds joy in interacting with Mortals and thrives on making personal connections.
