Personality: Although Seishi can be rather capable, dedicated, and diciplined from his upbringing he was raised a certain way to respect others no matter how bad they treated him. However, he was a grown man and things were changing around him and now he had a choice to make about whether or not he was going to follow his parent's orders or go his own way and eventually he chose to follow his own path of determination, stubbornness, and selfishness. Sometimes he got himself into trouble, a lot around others because of how blunt and "honest" he can be toward others and can often hurt other's feelings about being 'blunt and honest' about what he thinks about both others and situations he finds himself in. He often gets into trouble and fights individuals who get angry because of how honest he is. He is also loyal and defending the small knit group of people he views as his friends. He protects his friends that are almost like family to him and he wants nothing more than to make sure they are doing well and are safe.

General Knowledge:

Strengthen their minds, bodies and recieve special lectures from veteran shinobi.
They are taken through the handling of ninja weapons and tools, like shuriken and kunai, learning how to throw and weild them through target practice, as well as instructed on the basics of trap-setting.
Academy students are also taught about chakra and how to use it, hand seals. Shinobi classes can be broken down into the basic levels of:
Taijutsu: classes serve as the Ninja Academy's equivalent of physical education in school. In taijutsu classes, students are engaged in physical activities to help train their bodies and develop their stamina. Sparring is also common.
Ninjutsu: Classes provide the bulk of what potential ninja learn at the Academy. Students are taught about chakra, how to manipulate it, and how to use hand seals to learn different techniques such as the Transformation Technique, and the Clone Technique (required to produce at least 3 complete copies of themselves to pass the graduation exam into genin).
Genjutsu: classes are focused less on how to create illusions and momre on how they function. Students are taught how to determine if they are trapped within a genjutsu, and how to release themselves from genjutsu which becomes useful in future situations against other opponents and other enemies.
Other: Girls must attend kunoichi classes, where they are taught about other cultures and how skills such as flower arranging will help them to blend in during an infiltration mission and sometimes to create either medicine or poison to help or kill their friends and enemies
GRADUATION:
The academy consists of taking a written and a practical exam, administrated by a chunin instructor, to earn enough marks to pass. Upon graduation, students receive a forehead protector , proof of their achievement. Graduating students are then separated into sqads of 3 genin and assigned to a Jonin -sensei to further their studies and shinobi practice. The members are determined by their overall factors too create a well-balanced team.
To this point, they will be tested again by their Jonin teacher to see whether they would be able to handle the demands that will be made of them as ninja (i.e. the dynamics of teamwork). Sanin and the members of team 7 were given the "bell test" to see if they could make to cut: unknown if the rest of the would be teams in Konoha would be using the same kind of test.
While Kakashi thinks there is a 66% chance of failure, since only 9 of the 27 given graduates of his time of testing would be allowed to pass this secondary test.
Students who don't pass the initial graduation tests or who are failed by their jonin-sensei, may either be sent back to the Academy or if their jonin believes them to be unsatisfactory, they can be dropped from the program completely.
Seishi is the youngest member of the infamous Uchiha clan. His parents knew of the massacre and so did Itachi and the other shinobi who were involved. Seishi was moved to Kirigakure where he would be safe from the rage of the Uchiha that was to carry out his orders to destroy the Uchiha clan. Seishi's life was not an easy one ; he raised himself as his parents were killed in the massacre and he stayed in Kirigakure where he stayed with family friends where they would not discuss the massacre and if Seishi brought it up he would be punished and sometimes lashed out at. Demanding to go to his room or do some training for such language at their home in Kirigakure.
He became a Kirigakure shinobi at the age of 12 and started training to become a shinobi at the age of 14 and by the time he was 17 he was part of the anbu squad in Kiriigakure. Kirigakure would become his home until he was around 24-28 and sometimes he would visit the outskirts of Konohagakure to see how Sasuke was doing, but seeing that there was a darkness in him that followed him where he went, Seishi feared that the village would lose Sasuke Uchiha soon. Especially after the incident in the forest of death while being confronted by the Otogakure no Satou shinobi where he experienced Orochimaru's power for himself.
He felt power like never before and Seishi worried that Sasuke would go down the wrong path and for a while he allowed darkness to overwhelm him due to the past and he knew what it was; he was hurting inside and he did not know how to cope with his pain, anger, and hurting feelings in the loss of his family. Seishi knew his family as well and knew the feeling more than anyone and if anyone could get through to him it would be Seishi but it did not matter. It was obvious which side Sasuke was taking. Not even Naruto Uzumaki could convince him after the others such as Shikamaru, Neji, Ino, Sakura, Lee, etc. were risking their lives against the Sound Four to rescue him - he did not appreciate it in the least. He had no intention of returning to the village.
Seishi returned to Kirigakure and trained himself to anbu level shinobi and he became a shinobi of water and ice. Somewhat like Zabuza Momochi. He knew they died in battle at the bridige on Naruto's first mission and earned the bridge's name "The Great Naruto Bridge." after everything was said and done. Seishi was impressed about how much Naruto was growing into a young and powerful shinobi. Naruto was someone who was hated in the beginning about the nine tailed fox - someone who was feared and detested by the adults in the village, but he was slowly earning their respect by proving his loyalty and respect to the village. Even Seishi Uchiha caught himself admiring his progress and he wished he could catch up to him in strength. Sometimes he wished he could someday be like them. Seishi was the son of Hibiki Uchiha and Hanako Uchiha. His older brother was Ichigo Uchiha. Ichigo was his older brother and kept him training and sparring.
Ichigo kept a healthy rivalry between the two of them - Ichigo was around 18 when he entered jonin status and was going on various and dangerous missions. Eventually he passed away on a mission that was ambushed and it was a surprise attack that he was there in the cross-fire. After Ichigo's death it was said that Seishi's personality changed because of how much grief he was going through and somehow he would have to go through it and find something to do with his emotions. So, he buckled down and started training and kept training until he was stronger than his brother was when he passed away. Just because his brother passed away during battle did not mean that he was going to follow in the same path he did. He would make his own way and follow his own path. He wanted nothing more than the respect of the Uchiha clan. Seishi was someone who was calm, collected, reserved, stubborn, self-centered, selfish, arrogant, and very proud. He would never admit defeat of someone lower class than him. Especially if they were younger than him. He would never accept it, and would likely detest himself and train harder the next time around so he could defeat them.

During his time in Kirigakure he made friends with a girl named Sakuya and they became best friends and Sakuya began to have a crush on Seishi. However, he made it clear that he was not interested in women and only in shinobi training. He told her if she was interested in him she should spend her time training rather than on flirting or dating and silly things like that. Sakuya took his words to heart and started training under Sakura Haruno who would take on her studies and physical prowess who would eventually lead Sakuya Hinamori to become a stronger kunoichi. Seishi became impressed with her progress and they became best friends. Seishi would never bring himself to kill her though and so he never had the potential to gain the Mangekyo Sharingan which was the Uchiha's ultimate power aside from the Susanoo's power that Seishi later developed when he was older. His own was different than Sasuke's and had 8 arms and a violet blazing flames around it. It was like a shield from the enemies that he would face. Sometimes he used it and others he only used his normal jutsu.
Sakuya and Seishi battled. She wanted to earn the respect from Seishi and to be his equal in battle. They fought for a good six hours and twenty minutes - sometimes Sakuya wished Seishi would not take training and shinobi studies so seriously, but she understood. He wanted to be strong in case he needed to defend his family, friends, and village. He wanted the power to defend the people he loved and the place he started to love as well. There was a time in Seishi's life that there was true hatred in his heart and he caused the people around him to tremble at the sound of his name. He destroyed countless village's and did not have any remorse against his actions. Eventually he met Naruto who told him what he was doing was wrong and was forced to listen as he was tied up and bound to a chair and listening to Naruto's words moved him. He wanted to escape the obvious; he needed friendships and family. He wanted to re-connect with Sasuke, but he knew that Sasuke was slipping further and further into darkness and he was slipping so deeply that he was unsure that he could help him now. He honestly feared that he would have to kill Sasuke after slipping into darkness like he was.
Seishi's mother Hanako was a wise woman who worked as a medical shinobi in Kirigakure. The Blood Mist Village. Hana was looking after Seishi after her husband passed away after the ninetailed fox appeared and destroyed half the village and killed many people. Hana was sad and depressed and sometimes Seishi caught his mother crying a few times and would support her in her loss after his father was killed. He did not like that it made his mother sad and that he was forced to see pain on such a level and a young age. It made him grow up earlier than he should have been. He was not given the tools that he needed to grow up on a "normal" way so he made his way on his own where he had to figure things out on his own. Sometimes meaning he would have to find odd jobs to start making money even though he was very young to support his mother and himself. He didn't mind it ; the jobs took his mind off things, and sometimes he earned tips so he could buy certain weapons that he would use in shinobi training.
He developed a technique that the Uchiha clan did not usually have and his technique was the Scorch Release and it used Earth Release, Fire Release, and Wind Release; it was a nature based release that used the separate releases that would become the Scorch Release. Either way, Seishi developed this through training and learning through his training partner, Sakuya Hinamori. Sakuya came from a distant land that was known as Iwagakure no Satou or The Village Hidden in the Stones. The Tsuchikage or "Earth Shadow" -- she trained at the academy in Iwagakure and at the chunin exams met Seishi where they became good friends. They would often go on "lunch dates" and hang out with one another. Sometimes Sakuya caught herself flirting naturally with Seishi even though she knew he was bisexual with a heavy male lean so she had little to no chance of dating him, but being best friends with him would be the next best thing and she would not change it for the world.
After graduating the academy, he was put on a three man squad in his youth. While training to become a shinobi, Seishi was with Ayame, Kaito, and Ryosuke. Ryosuke and Seishi were always at odds because Ryosuke always considered him better than Seishi since he was part of the cursed Uchiha clan. Sometimes they would get into huge fights and someone would have to break them up and eventually it would come to a head and one of the teachers would have to force the two to work it out on their own in a room where they could not leave until they solved the issue between themselves. Seishi did not like Ryosuke looking down on him as he did nothing wrong except being an Uchiha. He did not choose the clan to be born on and felt that it wasn't his fault. Ryosuke did not agree with that and knew why the people of Konohagakure were wary of Uchiha clan members. Ryosuke was testing Seishi to see if he would turn out to be just like his uncle that massacred his entire clan except for one that survived, or if he would end up completely different - Seishi was not like the others. He was stubborn , hard-working, and caring. He did not seem to have the traits of someone typical of the Uchiha clan.
