Seeing him recoil from her lean in made her return to her former stance, though nothing else changed. No shift in her smile or reach for her sword, not even a slight offense to his high defenses, she seemed perfectly unbothered. To be untrusting was normal, expected, and frankly smart. She was most decidedly the oddball right now.
"The first? People can be so awful! Why wouldn't I think you're not pleasant? You've been quite nice to me!" Swaying slightly as she spoke, weight shifting from one foot to the other, rhythmic, cheerful.
"Haha. Wouldn't it be nice though? I'd like to think it's possible. I mean, most people think demons are fairy tales to begin with! Besides, I'd rather fight towards mutual peace rather than extermination!" A giggle followed. "You're not wrong though, it's highly unlikely, but I don't mind trying to do something impossible." Her merriment and calm disposition remained, she was either a fantastic liar or being absolutely honest.

She swayed slightly at his initial remark, taking her difference as a good thing; especially since he didn't seem to sound appalled by it!
"Why wouldn't I? Just because we're on opposite sides doesn't mean I have to be rude to you!" Her smile remained, his remark about killing her didn't seem to phase her, though it did make her lean forward a bit, clearly inspecting his eyes. Red diamonds fixated on the inscriptions, brimming with curiosity; though the temporarily unblinking, unbroken gaze might be a tad uncomfortable!
"Upper Six, yeah?" Rising to tippy-toes with the question, not that it did much for their height difference. "I've never met a Kizuki before, especially not an upper moon! You're far more pleasant than the vast majority of demons I've met! Usually they've begun to insult me by now!" Lightly giggling, as if this were perfectly normal, nothing amiss, just two people meeting for the first time. The bold smile she was sporting dimmed a little, loosing some of its glee, sincerity taking its place.
"Besides, all of this bloodshed doesn't seem to be benefitting either side very much. I'd like to think there are other ways!"

Cold met warmth, her cheerfulness only seemed to increase upon his observation, an excitable head bobble at his remark. Giggling softly, "I'm more than likely quite different from the average slayer."
Once saying it, she paused a moment, unsure if that was necessarily a good thing! Many of her peers would happily inform her that she was utterly out of her mind, being not only civil but friendly with demons. Her head dipped in a quick bow.
"My name's Reishi!" Her head popped back up after saying her name,

You're so sweet! I'm glad you liked the in character greeting, I know not everyone is super fond of them.~ c: Awesome!! I'm big excite! So, the little idea I've had is that Reishi is also undercover, helping look for Tengen's wives, but she'd arrive before the trio! I know, it's not much of an idea, but it helps give a starting point hopefully, haha.~
Vibrant, odd eyes blinked twice. Diamond pupils giving him a quick look over with a small smile spreading over wine hues lips. Her metal right hand lifting and to perform a little wave, nimble and silent despite its unusual appearance. Her face and left hand, or what could be seen of it, were both badly scarred and her uniform unmistakably that of a Demon Slayer.
"Good evening!" Voice seeped in cheer as she spoke.
