Elphelt Valentine is a Mana powered Bioweapon created by the entity known as Universal Will. She's one of the four Valentine units, clones of the terrifying Bioweapon that almost doomed humanity, Justice. She's Ramlethal's twin model, designed to battle in perfect sync alongside her. Her fortes are long range combat and, most of all, her unbelievable durability. Despite her size and looks, Elphelt is a 25 Ton behemoth able to fire continent destroying Mana beams condensed as Gamma Rays, and receive ridiculous amounts of damage without a scratch, as well as any amount of radiation or exposure to extreme temperatures or the vacuum of deep space, going as far as to casually fall from orbit without a problem.
While her initial programming was to infiltrate among humans then help wipe them out, Elphelt refused at the last minute thanks to having gained humanlike emotions, deciding to protect humanity instead. Even after being freed from her mother's shackles and finally living in peace, Elphelt struggled to find a place in the world while everyone else she knew did, and added to several mind and body malfunctions, caused her to self destruct in a selfish act of hatred towards herself.
Eventually her body was recreated, her consciousness or "soul" stitched back together and reinstalled in it. A millennia was supposed to pass until all her systems were ready to function again, however she's already back for reasons unknown. She's currently a Magical Girl in training under Hoshimi Tenrou's wing.
