General Appearance:
Yorushi is a slim man of a relatively tall height. He has faint shadows right under his yellow eyes, and his mouth is usually seen in a smile. He has white hair, a majority of which is obscured, save for his sideburns and small goatee by the northern-style fur hat that Yorushi wears, which is black and has white spots on the bottom and along the rim.
He is seen wearing a red-sleeved and hooded black hoodie with his Jolly Roger out on the front of his chest and the sleeves rolled up. Yorushi also sports a pair of jeans with odd markings on both the knee and ankle areas, similar to the ones on his hat, but darker in color, and a pair of dark, pointed shoes. He has a pair of small earrings on each ear. He has many tribal-style tattoos on his arms; on both of his hands, are letters spelled as TIME tattooed in black on each of the back of his fingers. He also has a black hourglass on the back of both of his hands. On his chest, he has a tribal-style heart tattoo with his Jolly Roger on it. He has simpler heart tattoo on his shoulders and his Jolly Roger tattooed on his back.
Post-timeskip, he seems to have lost the fur rim of his hat and replaced it with a thick bill, turning it into a rather spherical hat resembling a Wool Skipper. His goatee has become somewhat scruffier, and his right hand now also has the fingers tattooed. He now wears a t-shirt similar in appearance to his old hoodie, with a black jacket over the shirt.

Yorushi's only friend from his home island of Baterilla, he was also the eater of the Jikan Jikan No Mi (Time Time Fruit), when Yorushi ate the Rinku Rinku no Mo it was Bartholomew who helped him train his new powers. Unfortunately Bartholomew sufferes from an incurable terminal illness that he was born with, before he could perish from his illness Yorushi used Bartholomews own power on him, placing his body in a temporal stasis. This stoped time for him until Yorushi can find a cure for him. Taking precautions Yorushi hid Bartholomews body at an indisclosed location so that his enemies couldn't use his friend against him.

Powers/Abilities: The Rinku Rinku No Mi allows Yorushi to 'link' his DNA with that of any other Devil Fruit user that has allied themselves with him, this DNA link allows Yorushi to use any of the Devil Fruit abilities that those who are linked with him possess. Before the time-skip Yorushi was only able to activate one link at a time for only one hour before needing to reactivate it, after the time-skip however Yorushi is able to use one link activation for two hours, two link activations for one hour while putting minor strain on his body, three link activations for thirty minutes while putting major physical strain on his body and four link activations for fifteen minutes as a last resort effort as it puts such a massive exhaustion on his body that as soon as the time limit runs out he passes out and requires a large amount of medicine and fluids.
As captain of the Timelord Pirates, Yorushi D. Niiro has immense physical strength, and is capable of lifting up large boulders, breaking stone, shattering steel with his bare hands, pushing apart large buildings and shoulder flipping a huge man. Yorushi's sheer physical strength and immense dexterity is a result of his unorthodox training methods (such as jumping into a bottomless ravine, tying himself to a balloon, running into a forest at night, etc.). His endurance and durability is incredible; taking continous, deadly assaults from powerful opponents that would have killed a normal person easily in most of his fights, yet still being able to stand up and continue fighting effectively.
Yorushi also possesses tremendous speed, agility, and reflexes to match his strength and endurance. In fact, on more than one occasion, Yorushi was able to anticipate moves and counter attacks that would normally be beyond his field of vision due to his extremely sharp reflexes. He is also shown to increase in strength quite dramatically in a short period of time.
His vast strength is only exceeded by his enormous willpower. This willpower even lets him survive far beyond what normal people are capable of.
He also possesses extraordinary jaw strength.
Yorushi is also shown to be extremely agile. After learning the CP9's Soru technique to enhance both speed and strength, he became even more so. After the timeskip he has become even faster, creating enough friction while running at full speed to set the ground on fire

Mantra/Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki- This type of Haki can allow Yorushi to sense the emotions and nature of others. It appears that it is also possible for the user of this Haki to sense the strength of others.
The strength and mastery Yorushi has over this kind of Haki is also shown by the fact that he can sense people all over the island he is currently on while most people can sense only in their immediate vicinity. Yorushi is also able to use this type of Haki to such a degree that he is capable of seeing a couple of seconds into the future.
Busoshoku/Armament Haki - Busoshoku Haki allows Yorushi to create a force similar to an invisible armor around himself. Yorushi has the ability to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, touching the "substantial body" beneath whatever protection the fruit provides as seen when he used Busoshoku Haki to kick and redirect an attack from Admiral Kizaru. Yorushi is capable of using this Haki to such a degree that he is able to harden his body to the point of being able to survive a head on strike from a meteor pulled down by Admiral Fujitora.
Haoshoku/Conqueror’s Haki - Yorushi has mastered Haoshoku Haki to the extent that he can not only render a specific target completely unconscious but those with a substantial difference in their wills Yorushi is capable of rendering them brain dead and in a vegetable state or completely outright killing them. He is able to do this without adversely affecting anybody else near the initial target.
