Personality: On the outside she is cool and calculating, always with a coy or other wise taunting smirk. If she is upset with you, you will know it. If you are not a henchman of hers she will give you the cold shoulder till she lets it go. She’s not one to hold long grudges over minor things. However her henchmen get reprimanded and forced to overcome whatever the problem was, she is their boss after all.
Deep under the surface however, Carmen is a very kind and compassionate person. She is kind to her henchmen but most don’t and will never know the true extent of this side of her. This more vulnerable side of her is reserved for people she considers family, or someone she has a close bond with.
Talents and Abilities: Carmen is fluent in over 100 languages, don’t ask for a list, what she can’t speak is a shorter one but she isn’t gona tell you what those are. She can read and write in most of the languages as well. Carmen is an excellent taction as well as being able to think and react quickly to changes that may pop up, do to unforeseen developments. She is actually very physically fast as well, even in heels. She’s no body builder but she’s stronger then she looks and knows how to fight. She doesn’t like to use deadly weapons like guns and the like, but she knows how to use them. She knows how to pilot pretty much every vehicle known to man, owning at least one of everything, with the exception of a full on military tank. (Not to say she doesn’t have a civilian one.)
History: Orphaned at age 2 she was raised in a catholic girl’s school in San Fransisco. She lived there till she was 17. She was hired by the ACME detective agency once out on her own. The people there became a sort of family to her, but that didn’t stop her from growing bored and starting her criminal empire.
