I am in need of werecat's, not the werewolves counterpart of the Twilight kind(though all are accepted) I am looking for more so Teen Wolf based/Lycans based. The character must be a woman, and have a chatty/flirty personality, preferably flirty in the sense of chatty and casual flirtation not sexual like a succubus, and a background in secretary work/assistant work. Thanks. Also, she would come from a royal lineage, not preferred, but she must also know how to turn into a werecat; last name would be "Chatgarou". 

Can transform into a werecat and control divided between luck, speed and agility. Finger nails grow in length and gain steel. You can cast steel during lycan transformation like bending but during not transforming you must use evocations/mantras. During full moons you gain 100% of your control into energy Pool, during 75% of moon you gain 75% in control, then 50%, and quarter 🌜 you gain 25%. Before you gain 12%. Earth casting, and steel casting both with mantras, though you may choose to allow bending like earth casting.
