Experiment 03 is part of the REDACTED nanotech program. (See file NE03 for other experiment codes). Experiment has Pyrokinetic abilities. She can control and create fire with the use of the given nanites that make up her blood. She is the first test subject to survive this and no part of her body is robotic. The first living, breathing, full flesh, and blood nanotech soldier. Regarding this, she is still EXTREMELY unstable. Nanotech has been shown to meld with its host, react to their emotions via the limbic system and enhance reaction time and power levels. (See file NE05). The more emotional she is, the more powerful she becomes. KEEP HER CALM AT ALL COSTS. Experiment 03s enhancements include: Strength, intelligence, agility, reaction timing, slower aging process.
