Mayumi Misano was born in a small family. She has a twin brother, Arihiro. And as for her parents, while she had a father who was quirkless, her mother, however, was telekinetic. In her younger years, she was a late bloomer. Her healing quirk didn't manifest until she was 10. And while growing up, her mother turned bad and ended up becoming a villain. And because her mother turned out to be evil, she got captured by an unknown pro hero and gotten sent to prison. While Mayumi was attenting UA, she was in the B course since her quirk wasn't strong enough. 

Fast forward to her 20's, she had become sucessful enough to run her own hero agency.

Healing Touch - By directly touching an injured person, she can heal them instantly. However, she takes on the injury herself, which can be fatal depending on the severity of the injury.
