* CHARACTER INFORMATION.
The name Mikaela means "Gift from God" or "God-like" in Latin.
Birthday is May 1st, 2004 ( 16 y.o. in current manga but played as
19 y.o. like his canon birth year suggests. ) A Taurus, ISFJ type.
He is demisexual. He has not shown interest in either gender
but he would not be the type of person who bases their attraction off
of body figures, appearance, or what parts they have. The type of
beauty he does notice are along the lines of cuteness rather than
sexy despite not caring on the surface level.
Those features on his head, believe it or not, are horns and not feline ears.
His tail (click) is actually a remnant of his seraph gene, not his demon form.
You are free to call him a catboy demon still. Just noting that the transformation does
have lore reasons! The fur trim doesn't help the allegations truthfully.
Outsiders and new faces will find it near impossible to befriend and socialize with him.
Not to mention having trust issues with all vampires, humanity, and the greater threat
... Vampire Mika is a former shell of a cheery youth with ambitious dreams. Human
Mika does not have this issue, and Demon Mika simply to a lesser degree ( with
more emotional freedom. ) Although he can by hard to befriend, underneath it
all he's extremely selfless and wants to be a good person -- if your character is
a positive, ridiculously lovable person, he will most likely gravitate towards
them and show his affection in not so conventional ways. Make no mistake, he
is not humorless, enjoying making fun of the limited assortment of people and
things he loves.
Shindo is his real surname. Hyakuya is the orphanage he and Yuuichirou came from,
therefore, taking it as their own last name. His father was an alcoholic Russian that
abused him and his mother was a Japanese woman that also abused him. It is unknown
how she birthed a child with the Michaela trait though she WAS part of a religious cult.
They pushed him out of a moving car and the Hyakuya sect took him soon after.
Vampires are formidable, as well as a demon inside a host. Not interested in full
combat scenes, but with some D&D type of rolling - maybe. He has a first-class
vampire sword. When directing the weapon to drink his blood, it sprouts thorny
vines that pierce through his hand, which spread all around him and additionally
turn the blade crimson in color. As a result, Mika's strength and speed would then
grow in proportion to the amount of his blood the sword drinks.
He can only feast on blood as a vampire ( that much is obvious ik ik ) BUT he will
not feed on just anyone. If he cannot drink from Yuuichirou, he will resort to drinking
vials collected by Yuu's friends. Finds it revolting, however. As a demon, he feasts on
desires. It doesn't have to be the host's, though likely he still has a preference.

His most detested people is a match up between feral rat ass
Ferid and gaudy grotesque ass Guren.
Seraphs are angels that are extremely hostile to humans and obsessively seek their
destruction for their sins. For committing taboos. They are described as even worse
than vampires and demons, as if they are the true monsters. They are referred to by
their trumpets. It is unknown what trumpet number Mika has, but he carries the
seraph gene, as he is the eventual son of Sika Madu ( when fully revived. ) More or
less, he is a fallen angel. A cursed 'child' banished from existence
just like the forbidden eye-being ( homunculus ) known as Yuuichirou.
Mika's soul is ancient, found in a genderless angel before his current one in
a mesozoic era (millions of years back) with a full fledged seraph civilization.

Something worth mentioning is that Mika has a lot of self-hatred. Tons of it.
Lots of regret, from a lifetime of what he calls 'mistakes'. He has confidence
in a way that he's not insecure but he lacks said confidence when it comes
to deserving good things. Preferring love and kindness happen to people
he finds worthy of such. I wouldn't say he's angsty per say ( everyone
in ONS has angst dipsh*t, it came free with your f***ing xbox ) it's just
that his optimism for life is dependent on a certain bimboy.
