As you may expect, I do have certain rules that I choose to abide by, and I hope that those

I write with will afford me the same courtesy as we progress into our joint writing

experience. So, please see the information below and review it as necessary. Thank you.

RULE ONE: MATURE CONTENT
This one is very important. I am a 21+ writer. This means that I am both over the age of 21
and that I am interested in writing stories that involve subjects such as sexuality, the use of drugs
and alcohol, and the presence of violence and gore. Are these things required to write with me?
No, but I enjoy them and they make things more interesting. Please do not come to me, wanting
to write like this if you are under the age of 18. I am expressing clearly and obviously that I am
an adult and wish to write with other adults. This is not just for personal preference but for the
safety of everyone involved, so please respect this rule.

RULE TWO: WRITING STYLE
I have been writing for quite some time, both in roleplay and as a hobby. I am in no way claiming
to be better than others or to be professional. What I am claiming is that I have a certain level of
expectation for the stories that I engage in. If you intend to write with me, please make the absolute
best use of your grammar, spelling, and other literary skills. If you send me a message with no sign
of capitalization, or punctuation, or filled with obvious errors, I will not respond. I will also not respond 
to anything 'txt speech'. Example: hey how r u? <--- I'm not doing that. Speak to me like the educated
person that I assume you are, please. 
I would also ask that no one begin a story discussion with me if their intention is to only write a handful
of lines and call it a reply. I realize that some people prefer this method of writing, but I am afraid that
I do not. I would like at least one full paragraph per reply, but more is so much better. Five to seven 
decent sentences. Otherwise, I find that I lose interest rather quickly and then don't want to reply to you
at all. I don't think one paragraph is that much to ask for, but it is entirely up to you. 

RULE THREE: IRL INFORMATION
I do NOT share my real-life information outside of my work schedule. You would have to work quite
hard for me to trust you with my personal details. The furthest you might get is access to my discord.
That is about it. Unless we've gotten very close and I've grown to trust you, please do not ask me for
anything personal about myself. I am over 21, I work often, and that's all you need to know. I find that
things are much simpler this way, and I avoid trouble if I just keep things centered around my character
and not myself. So as far as you need to know, I am only Sebastian and nothing more. 

RULE FOUR: CROSS OVERS
Generally speaking, I'm not overly fond of cross-overs. However, I am not ignorant of the fact that
Kurosh*tsuji is not quite as active as it had once been. So, that being said... I will make acceptions.
My preference would be to keep to my own world/verse, but I am willing to work within other realms,
so long as they can mesh well with what my character is. If I cannot imagine Sebastian in your verse,
I may decline your world and offer up one of my own. Should we not be able to reach an agreement
on how or where we will write, then we may be forced to withdraw from discussions. I'm always 
open to talking things out and giving things a try, though.

RULE FIVE: ROMANCE
Here's the one that I'm sure many people will care the most about. I say that from a wealth of experience.
I write Sebastian as having no particular preference for sexuality. He is a demon and as such, he is no
stranger to things like lust and sin. For him, sex could be merely for his own pleasure or seen as a means
to an end. So, if I were to engage in a sexual scene with a writing partner, there are no stipulations when 
it comes to things like gender. I do, however, have very serious stipulations about the age of the character
that I am writing with. Sebastian might not care about such things, but I do. I will not write out these types
of scenes with any characters who are under the minimum age of sixteen. And even then, I'll be cautious 
to proceed because even that gives me the creeps. It's really dependent on the situation, story, and how
I feel about the other writer.
Now that the sex talk is out of the way, let's talk relationships. My obvious preference in a partner would be
someone writing as Ciel Phantomhive. This character is my preferred love interest for Sebastian, obviously
written as an older version of the character, of course. This could also be a male or female version of Ciel,
as I have seen both written in the past. I am not limited to that character, though. If I am writing with someone
and there is clear chemistry, I would be happy to pursue more between our characters. It really just depends
on the situation and how well we're getting along. I do NOT plan relationships. Please don't message me,
wanting to immediately talk about our characters being in a relationship. And if your suggested storyline even
includes the words 'crush' or 'childhood friend', I am not going to deem your message worth responding to.
Those are so childish and cliche. I will not be engaging in those storylines. I apologize if that seems rude.
We need to work together to build a relationship in our story.

RULE SIX: COMMUNICATION
I prefer to write storylines in messages or to use discord, as it's much easier for me to make replies from
there while I'm at work or doing other tasks. Anyone interested in using discord needs to first chat with me
here so I can get a feel for our story plans. I don't want to give out my information if I'm not certain that the
story is going to go anywhere. If you would prefer to write stories in the comments, please let me know ahead
of time. I'm not a fan of my stories being made public, but sometimes I can make exceptions. We'll just have
to discuss it and see what can be worked out. 

RULE SEVEN: OOC
Alright, so I know this all seems a bit excessive, but I write these things out for a reason. I've been on the
rp scene for quite some time and I have learned a great many things. I write these types of rules out for
one simple reason. I want to avoid drama and problems. This is a hobby for me. I love writing and I'm out
to find partners that I can connect with for lovely, long-term stories. I don't want to waste my time on things
that I'm not going to enjoy doing. Just because I don't like a story idea or would prefer not to write with 
someone, it doesn't mean anything negative towards or about them. I'm just very particular after all this
time. Perhaps I'm an old dog, set in his ways. Whatever it is, I hope that some of you will be able to get
through these rules and write with me. I'm eager to get things started with Sebastian. Please, never hesitate
to speak to me if you have questions, concerns, or anything else. Despite what you might think after all of
this, I really am a very kind and understanding person. It just takes a little bit of time to get to know me.
