There is an invisible force that flows through this world known as magic, most living things have it inside of them. people, animals, plants, trees this world is full of the power known as magic. Over the years humans managed to control this magic using the arcana powers to create all sorts of spells, some to help others and some to attack and even kill others. Magic became a big part of this world in everyday usage in homes and on the battlefield alike so what would happen if that magic suddenly vanished from this world? This story is such a tale.

It began a week after the comet known as the red mako comet passed by earth, since then people have noticed their magic decreasing and not being able to regain mana once it was lost. This was happening all over the land spreading far and wide to many towns and villages. No one is certain why this was happening. The only thing that is clear that has to do with the red mako star that landed on the mountain north of blazin village. Rumors say that the fractured fragment of the red mako star that had fallen to earth has absorbed all the magic in the land, draining the magic from this world slowly. If this goes on there will be no one who can use magic besides anyone who has a piece of the red mako star that has fallen to earth.

Knowing these many people have gone on a quest to find the red mako star that resides somewhere on the north mountain, there reason power, money or fame whatever the reason the task of finding it is a tricky one. The land itself is surrounded by goblins, normally this wouldn’t be an issue for any foe but without magic the only way to fight using weapons or magical items which have limited magical use and are very hard to come by now that the price for one has gone up. Owning one in these tough times is very hard indeed for those who don’t have money to purchase one if you're lucky you might be able to get your hands on one.

The adventure begins on the north Blazin mountain!

It is said that those who dare win! And for the young brown-haired mage known as Hideo he was risking it all to go up the mountain to find the red mako star. Even though he couldn’t use his magic he had 3 magical items he could use to protect himself, though magical items are very limited in how many times you can use them hopefully he won’t need to use it too often. 

Lucky enough he had sent out a request to any warrior, adventures to help him reach the red mako star. This would be a tough job to help guard the young mage and his white wolf seer named kasuki and help them reach the goal of getting to the red mako star. The price matches the task in hand with 35 gold, A high price for such a task. That sort of gold is insane for a job, there would be no other jobs that pay that sort of crazy money to be paying it just shows how crazy the job would be.

 

“Hideo do you really think anyone will show up?” The white would say walking into the pub known as the slutty potato, A pub named by the daughter of the king of Avalon Raven when she was drunk many years ago. Here would be the spot where they would meet whoever was crazy enough to accept the request the young mage had made. But would anyone be that crazy to take a job like this when the area they were travelling to would be a dangerous area, loads of trolls and goblins enhanced by the power of the mako star to increase their strength as well as other humans who are after the mako star’s power.

“Not sure, well someone applied to the job so must mean someone is crazy to do this job, one beer for me barkeep! Oh and a steak for my furry friend here” the young mage said as the barkeep nodded his head went to sort there order as Hideo sits at the bar on one of the barstools waiting there with kasuki sitting beside him waiting for whoever was going to show up here to take the job.
