Asmodeus was one of the first beings that helped Kenny out when he was trapped in hell. He gave him a job, and a place to stay and made him feel welcomed. He is one of the only demons that knows his back story. He has also protected him, and is protected by him. He feels like he is apart of the family and that is a good feeling.

While most child characters on the show are foul-mouthed, Kenny is often even more risqu๏ฟฝ with his dialogue. Parker and Stone state that they depict Kenny and his friends in this manner in order to display how young boys really talk when they are alone.While Kenny is often cynical and profane, Parker notes that there nonetheless is an "underlying sweetness" aspect to the character, and Time magazine described Kenny and his friends as "sometimes cruel but with a core of innocence". He is amused by toilet humor and bodily functions, and his favorite television personalities are Terrance and Phillip, a Canadian duo whose comedy routines on their show-within-the-show revolve substantially around fart jokes. Kenny is shown to desire intercourse in the episode "The Ring", when Kenny gets a girlfriend and is overjoyed to find out that she has a reputation as a slut. Kenny is also lecherous, and often portrayed as being eager to do and say disgusting things in an attempt to impress others or earn money. Conversely, his alter-ego Mysterion is seemingly mature, principled, and serious-minded, the only exception being one instance in "Mysterion Rises" in which he takes delight in irritating Cartman. As Mysterion he convinces his parents to take better care of themselves and their children, as seen by their reaction when he questions them about the cult of Cthulhu. He also uses his disguise to protect his sister Karen (who refers to Mysterion as her "guardian angel"), as revealed in "The Poor Kid." Despite his character flaws in all of his guises Kenny is usually depicted as being uncommonly selfless, even dying for the sake of others.
When role-playing, Kenny has been shown to prefer playing as the female hero. This was first discovered in the episode "Black Friday" and continued through the next two sequel episodes called "A Song of Ass and Fire" and its follow-up, "Titties and Dragons". Throughout the three episodes, Kenny cross-dresses as a fantasy-style princess with a wig and dress similar to the video game character Princess Zelda, and becomes a Japanese-speaking moe anime character at one point. When Cartman complains, "You're never going to be a real princess", Princess Kenny responds (via her translator, Stan) angrily to Cartman, calling him a "ball-licking lesbian". This portrayal continues in the video game South Park: The Stick of Truth where Cartman notes that playing a "chick" is "just how [Kenny] seems to be rolling right now". Kenny's sister also refers to Kenny by female pronouns if you talk to her in the McCormick house. Throughout the game, Kenny posts 'status updates' referring to him/herself as "the cutest of them all" and refers to him/herself with female pronouns.

Present Day
When you look at Kenny's past you see that he is already on thin ice. At the age of 10 he is already suffering from his immortality, and not finding out why he can't die. He struggles with his life day by day, and even attempts suicide. When Captain Hindsight points the gun at the boys, he was quick to move his forehead to the barrel of it telling Hindsight to pull the trigger.
Kenny isn't afraid of death, and has on more than one occasion made it known. His friends never remember, they always think he is making it up or crazy. This played a big part of his multiple personalities.
Kenny had taken on various jobs throughout his lifetime, and most of the jobs are ones that no one would be caught dead doing. However, if it pays him he doesn't mind what it is. At the age of twelve, he had got an anonymous text saying that his services were needed for a certain job and that he would be paid quite handsomely. Kenny did not question this, he accepted and went to meet with these employers. When he arrived, no one was around.
Just as Kenny was about to head home he was attacked. A rag soaked in chloroform place over his mouth until he passed out. Kenny's unconscious body was dragged inside of the abandoned warehouse where they had their way with him. He was raped, and left there naked and barely conscious. One of the men saying he was a good little whore while money was thrown at him.
Kenny stopped going to school after that, and rumors all around town were making their way about how Kenny was sleeping around with everyone. Kenny on more than one occasion tried to kill himself, but every time he just kept coming back. There were times where he stood over his mothers bed while she slept and debated on killing her so he had no way of coming back, but he didn't.
Kenny's household is still in ruins and getting worse. His father takes the household income and uses it on his alcohol, and he has even gotten worse with his anger. Kenny wanted to do all he could to make sure Karen was away from all the violence, so he began taking on the job of selling himself. He didn't care anymore about what happened to him. He even fell hard into drugs to numb the pain of what he was doing and what had happened to him.
His father, without Kenny knowing was the reason he was taken advantage of at the age of twelve. He sold his kid for money, and it was to help the family. However, instead of putting that money to the family. He used it on more alcohol, and let his boy suffer for his own greed.
Slowly but surely his mind ate away at him. He began having episodes of violence that burst out of the blue. He often finds himself in really ugly situations, and his addiction often gets the best of him.
