Appearance: Lucius is a handsome young man with tanned skin. He has messy long violet hair. He never ties up his hair so it usually falls over his face. He has hazel colored eyes. When he enters his Campione form, his eyes turn gold and his hair turns white. He is rarely seen wearing a shirt and usually black jeans and shoes. He has a tribal symbol over the left side of his chest.
Personality: Lucius is a very unpredictable (quoted from himself) young man who likes to use his clever mind and impressive strength to solve everything and appreciates a good fight. He easily described himself as vulgar, savage and a hopeless hedonist, which makes sense as he can be fairly perverted as seen by his comments with Hye Lim, making jokes about her body and wanting to claim her virginity. Be it a fight or a simple task like a cooking contest, he only participates in things that are deemed interesting to him. He enjoys challenges and will even participate in a Game with a handicap so long as it makes the Game more enjoyable.
Despite his outer appearance and frivolous personality, Lucius is surprisingly highly intelligent, having solved the riddles to dilemma presented before him and showing an in-depth knowledge about a myriad of subjects, ranging from mythologies, scientific concepts to architectures. He mostly spends his time in a library reading when there are no fights going on, showing his studious (bookworm-ish?) nature. He is also shown to be a forgiving person so long as the guilty party is conscious of what they have done and show guilt while being forthright about it. Though, this might just be attributed to his hedonism and his lack of interest in anything not interesting.
Lucius' arrogance does not falter but he knows when to back down in a fight, for instance he conceded defeat to Shirone, showing his confidence is not just arrogance. One of his more surprising traits is his loyalty and care for his magic association. At first apparently starting it just for fun, he showed a caring nature for the people within the group and constantly makes plans to improve both the group and its reputation. During the Alliance Flag Rebellion, when he saw Nefertiti heavily injured by the hands of His Highness, he flew into a degree of rage that not even his friends have seen before, abandoning all his self-restraints and forcing all his friends to retreat from the area since they would have been caught in the fight as well.
In the end, Lucius is the type to follow his own rules and morals, which includes such lines as "Trample both the strong and the weak." Following this, he is merciless to whomever his opponent is, whether it be a deity, comrade, or demon king. His constant search for enjoyment is seen as problem-causing, but the charisma he wields is enough to draw people to him to follow. He will not forgive anyone who goes against what he believes; during the Alliance Flag Rebellion, when he heard of the details about the Kamikakushi cases happening in Kouen City from Mandra and especially how the criminal only targets young children, he immediately decided to voluntarily assist in the capture of said criminal as one of his morals is "A strong power should be used only against a strong opponent." However, because he knows how different his abilities are from the others, he feels that he has no one to depend on and thus often taking on all the burdens himself.
His only rule and main goal in Occult Research Committee is "to have fun."
History: Twelve years ago, Lucius was an ordinary child. He happily lived with his parents in El Ocaso. A small town north of La Guadalupe, Colombia. Then one night, the small town was hit by a storm. The storm brought a mysterious being along with it. This being was the patron deity of vampires, La Magra. Within a few hours of his entry, La Magra laid waste to the entire inhabitants of El Ocaso. Lucius was the sole survivor of the vampire deity's massacre. He didn't wait years to obtain his revenge. He didn't even wait for his injuries to heal. Within four days, he tracked La Magra to another town. Using his cunning and sheer determination, he killed La Magra, thus becoming a Campione. A king of the magic world. Little is known about his time afterwards. Though, given the other authorities he obtained, it can be said along his adventures, battles with other Legendary Figures surely ensued. Recently, Lucius has taken odd jobs from the other associations and committees and apparently has founded the Occult Research Committee located somewhere in South America.

La Magra's Authorities -
1. Gift Distribution - This authority grants Lucius the ability to distribute a piece of his soul to 25 other individuals in terms of ranking B-Z with himself as A. The conditions for activation of this authority are very strict. First, the person in question must be in a state between life and death. Secondly, said person must let go of their worldly bonds and pledge their soul to serve Lucius for all eternity. Finally, the person must offer their blood to Lucius and in turn take in Lucius' blood. This action enables Lucius to carve a part of his soul into the individual. This carving takes on the form of a letter, which is used as the designation and ranking of the person. The carving also grants said person with unique powers. This authority gives Lucius vampiric characteristics such as fangs and a lust for blood, often leading many to believe Lucius is a vampire.
Luios' Authorities -
1. Divine Sword of Thieves - An authority that summons a divine sword. This sword can steal the attributes of the lives stuck down by its blade. Strength, defense, speed, recovery, stamina, etc. All those are given to the wielder.
2. Helm of Darkness - An authority that grants the user the ability to alter their form or become invisible.
3. Winged Sandals - An authority that grants the user the ability of flight.
Diana's Authority -
1. Deadshot - An authority that supposedly grants the user the ability to summon a gun capable of firing bullets that do not stop until they have hit their target, even if they are impeded by something else along the way. The gun itself is not the authority as it a simpletoy gun. The authority lies with the projectiles while the toy is a vessel. This authority does not actually belong to Lucius but is 'borrowed' by the American Campione, John Doe.
Albion's Authorities -
1. Divine Dividing - An authority that grants the user the ability to divide the power of its opponents by half every second after coming into physical contact with them. The halved powers are then added to his own powers.
2. Reflection - An authority that summons numerous small white Wyvern Fairies. The white dragons create a mirror surface at various locations that can reflect any incoming attack to a certain degree.
3. Compression Dimension - An authority that halves a specific target continuously until they vanish from existence.
Loki's Authorities -
1. Eyes of the Trickster - An authority that grants Lucius' eyes the ability to controls the five senses to the point where it can make the target misinterpret forms, shapes, masses, feels, and smells to the will of Lucius. (I.E. Illusions)
Lancelot's Authority -
1. Lance of the Lake - An authority that manifests Lancelot de Lac into the physical realm. This manifestation has access to Lancelot's ability and weapons such Insane Rush, Lightning step and Arondight.
Astolfo's Authority -
1. Wild Card of Charlemagne - An Authority that manifests Astolfo into the physical realm. This manifestation has access to Astolfo's ability and weapons such La Black Luna, Trap of Argalia, Hippogriff, and Casa Di Logistilla.
Sun Wukong's Authorities -
1. Silver Skin - An authority that turns its user's skin umber that becomes resist to attacks, physical or magical.
2. Flash Cry - An authority that grants Lucius god speed.
Ishtar's Authorities:
Taurus Tempest - An authority that summons Gugalanna, viewed as the greatest and strongest Divine Beast that was once dispatched to destroy Uruk on behalf of the goddess Ishtar. Because of the acquisition of this authority, it can only be used in Trish's presence.
Ereshkigal's Authorities:
Dead Rising - An authority that copies the existence of the deceased, that being their capabilities, unique skills and overall battle experience and summons a large army of one million dark soldiers. Unlike Marquis Voban's and Duchess Arshavina's Authority, Dead Rising doesn't reanimate the dead. It copies their existence and imprints it on the darkness of the Underworld.
Hercules' Authorities:
1. Twelve Labors - A continuously-active-type authority that is described as giving the user "a body that knows no death." It grants the user the ability to resurrect 12 times a day, meaning a person has to kill Lucius 13 times before he remains dead. This authority has three effects. The first, instant resurrection and regeneration. Second, attack-nullification during resurrection. And lastly, immunity against an attack level that killed him previously.
2. Frenzy - An authority that boosts a person's attributes by an tremendous amount. Though while active, Lucius has no sense of reasoning or awareness, making this authority very dangerous to use.
Tiamat's Authorities:
1. Chaos Karma Dragon - An authority that summons a massive blue dragon divine beast. This divine beast is said to embody Lucius destructive nature and thus will refuse to return until it has leveled a given area.
Shinkiro's Authorities -
1. Blue Titan - An authority that summons a gigantic, humanoid being with the appearance of a knight composed of dark shades of blue spirit energy. Lucius can partially summon the being at will. The ethereal being can summon divine weapons to the mortal world:
A. Zangetsu - An ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces. Those who are stabbed by the sword are drawn into the sword and trapped in a "world of dreams" for all eternity.
B. Guren - A launcher appears from the chest of the form that is capable of shooting a powerful energy beam of immense destructive power.
Long John Silver's Authorities -
1. Flying Dutchman - An authority that summons a magical ship. He can create more than 100 fleets or a ship that will take you to your destination without fail. The ship manifested by this authority will inject a unfavorable condition on those hindering it such as a strong magical storm or moving the compass. Lucius and Hilda use Alchemy to alter the ships to give a more futuristic appearance.
Master of the Synapse's Authorities -
Arcadia - After the battle against Minos, Lucius takes custody of The Synapse after Minos' demise. This place is a singularity exists outsides of time and space. A truly unique place that doesn't connect to any sort of parallel universes. It is a Stadium like structure placing on top of an asteroid. Inside the Stadium are numerous floating islands. There's three known ways to reach this place: 1.Through the pathway exists somewhere within the netherworld. 2. Through a spartial distortion created by the master of this Stadium, Minos. 3. Magically enchanted instruments created by Lucius that act as "keys" to enter. Lucius uses this Stadium as his own base of operation and a place of repose for his family and himself who traverse the multiverses.
Saturn's Authorities -
1. World of Suspended Animation - Lucius' final authority. It grants Lucius the ability to freeze the area around him in time. However, the greater the area radius the less time the area stays froze in time. For example, Lucius can freeze a city block in time for entire day but can only freeze the entire world for ten seconds.
