It seems that Glynda has a very stern and sharp personality - one that does not tolerate mischief or getting into dangerous situations. This is apparent when she berates Ruby Rose for fighting Roman Torchwick and his group. She does, however, admit that Ruby might have done the right thing, despite the fact she put the lives of others in great danger, including Ruby herself. Otherwise, she is mainly seen as cool and business-like; even her fighting is very systematic.
Glynda seems to be a very judgmental person who assesses others based on her own personal impressions rather than actual data. For example, she assumes that Lie Ren will not enjoy being paired with Nora Valkyrie, seemingly unaware that the two have evidently been friends since childhood. Similarly, she tells Ozpin that, irrespective of the information in Jaune Arc's transcripts, she felt he was not ready for the challenge of the Beacon Academy Initiation.
Her stern behavior is not absolute, however. After cleaning up after the food fight, she sighs with weariness and takes Ozpin's advice to go easy on Teams RWBY and JNPR. Her concern in the moment reveals that she's driven by her desire to guide her students into being defenders of the world. Glynda also shows compassion toward James Ironwood on multiple occasions, despite being vocal about her disapproval of him and some of his methods.
Glynda Goodwitch is a Huntress and is affiliated with Beacon Academy. Judging on her interactions with Headmaster Headmaster Ozpin, Glynda and he may have been partners for some time. Meanwhile, as a part of Beacon Academy's teaching staff, she acts as a representative of sorts, often introducing incoming students to the academy through a hologram image of herself. Glynda Goodwitch is a staff member at Beacon Academy, implied by her speech aboard the airship carrying students to the school.
Using a riding crop as a focus tool, Glynda can generate a wide variety of techniques through the use of Dust. This includes creating a protective energy shield and forming a storm cloud that hails shards of ice. She frequently uses her crop as an instrument to focus her Semblance, telekinesis.
Her skills with the crop are shown again when she fixed the entire cafeteria after the food fight in "Best Day Ever". Despite it being a large mess, with tables stacked up and food scattered around everywhere, Glynda was able to fix the entire situation with a single wave of her weapon. The same thing was seen when she fixed the torn street, during the Grimm attack on Vale, where with one flick, she fixed rather quickly. It is notable that she does this all, seemingly, without effort.
Glynda's telekinesis may have failed following the events of Battle of Beacon due to a combination of fatigue and stress.
"Now, now, Professor...such a prohibition would mean very little to someone who makes a profession for sneaking into palaces unannounced. Don't you think, dear?" These words were the last he could mutter before Glynda flipped the switch on him-- the view peering up, seeing her curvaceous figure mounted so proudly was enticing despite being countered. A soft grunt parted his lips. Her weight atop his lap, entrapped between thick, womanly thighs were the only prisoner this former inmate would not mind being entraped by.
"Well, well...you really did take an action I didn't see coming-- mmnh." Lips silenced, his maw pressed against hers with yearning; parting so his tongue danced against her plump petals almost as if trying to burrow within her mouth. The exchange hungering and passionate; Akira rose his pelvis, making friction between their bodies rhythmically in tandem to the breaths of their lip lock. "...But a good thief, has more than one way to get what they want, Glynda..."
Akira's upper body pressed up against hers. Chest let her curves meld into his form; his hands soon moving to the boat rocked between, traveling along her curves. A quick maneuver saw her hands locked with hers. Drawing them back behind her whilst his mouth deepened the taste they shared between one another, drawing peerly whites down unto smooth flesh. One teasing bite after the other as he used her own 'trap' to play his hand--leaving loving marks with one, two, four...and more nibbles down her throat and to the window of cleavage below.
Akira's hips bucked. His dexterous movements no secret as the young man was quite the acrobat, and could play the rocking rodeo beneath her just as well as if he were atop. Golden pools stared into her eyes with challenge, want, and most of...a building love.
"...Don't get distracted from your spell, Professor...or else...I'll ravage you."
The silence following his retort was a clear point favoring his logic. How delightful to leave the woman at a loss, twisting her own viewpoint to gain the high ground in this ever growing debate between them. Though it compared little to the warm hues painted across her tender canvas; each growing shade touched by the sun's rays only highlighting his beloved teacher's femininity all the more. Sigh. She may have felt him unfair for these teasing banters; yet, truly the way her emotions swirled behind clear eyes leaving his heart to quicken tempo was more a crime than any. Nonetheless, the suave youth did not wear his heart across his sleeve. Instead, he smiled. A knowing and playful expression complementing the twinkle that danced through dark eyes with a wink. Even as her fingers glided across his chest. Her touch soothing and sending a small jolt through nerves until she anchored herself by his shoulders, finally asking him the question that truly mattered.
Why did he do the things he did to her specifically? It was this moment the younger male seemed to relax. Shoulders easing off tensions as fingers slid from her hips, caressing their way to the narrow of her back so Glynda could not escape the embrace given. Lips hovered near her right ear. Breath a gentle warm contrasting with the cool breeze of sea-salted wind that moved against both when he spoke. "Because I meant it, Sensei, when I told you that I wanted to steal your heart. Of course I understand the implications of my words...and that doesn't change my desire to spend my vacation with you. Until you understand that the treasure I want to steal and keep, is right here in my arms." To add to the unfairness of such a confession her favorite and frustrating student nipped tenderly against her lobe. Pulling flesh by his teeth until it slipped passed, letting him stand fully to peer into her gaze for reaction.
The cards were laid down, and Joker had certainly gone in to win!
