Neithiar Elves Dacassan King of the Neithiar Clan and Azariah Queen of the Neithiar, The Neithiar are also known as Dökkálfar, meaning Dark elves, The Neithiar clan was once a part of the Eladrin in their homeland of Summerset isle, these were High Elves are the most gifted in the arcane arts of all the races. The Nethiar were the warriors the protectors of the kingdom. The Neithiar are a strong, Stealthy and aggressive. They were feared throughout the kingdom, if you crossed the Kingdom you would get a visit from the Neithiar and it would be the last thing you would ever know. However, the High elves Eladrin never allowed the neithiar know just how powerful and strong they really were, they found ways to belittle them, classifying them as lower class, as to keep them in line and use them for the things that they felt High pure elves shouldn’t have to do, too proud to get their hands dirty. Ramone’s father Darcassan was the leader at that time of the Dark elves, He was trained by his father who in the end of this lost his life in battle defending the kingdom. Darcassan’s father was a follower a good solider as the king would put it, He always taking order never once challenging the kingdom for the wrong doings. Darcassan Watched and grew up hating the kingdom of the high elves and Shortly after his marriage to Azariah Darcassan’s Father past and his time came to take over. His father death did not seem right, his father was an amazing fighter and for him to be simply killed stabbed in the back in battle did not add up right, Darcassan Vowed he would free his people and get revenge for his father’s death, they may live in the shadows but they were stronger than they were lead to believe, they were ruthless they were once were the assassins for hire in the elven world, but now they were ruled by a kingdom that didn’t even respect them.

Darcassan knew that his plan over all would take time, he had to gain the respect of his people, he had to gain the trust of the kingdom, be the loyal dog the thought he would be just like his father. Azariah was so much more then the supportive wife. She was trained by the best of the women in their clan. She did her best in the dark, and she was a big ascent to her husband’s plans. Darcassan knew this all so well But one year into his plan and in his marriage she became pregnant with their first child, Now as a father he would do anything to protect this child and his mother, create a future for his child that he could be proud of, this child after all was the heir to the soon to be new throne of the Neithiar. What he failed to see was that the kingdom had been watching, though they did not see everything they knew that someone in his family was planning a rebellion. The king of the Eladrin order the kidnapping of Azariah, since she was pregnant she was now considered to be a weaker target. On the late night of a dark cold winter night they gave Darcassan the order to take his men and look for the Orcs, they made up saying they were hunting on the kingdoms land. When he was out of site of the kingdom High elven soldiers went into his home and stole his wife. But what the failed to realize was Darcassan mother was in his home that night looking after his wife. When she witnesses this she went to her brother and told him to tell Darcassan that she would go forward and try to get his wife back. When Darcassan got word of this he knew that what they were hunting for was a lie, with his army following him they ran back to the kingdom. Meanwhile the king tried to torture Azariah for information to find out what they were planning, she was cracking because the pain was becoming too much for the baby.

Darcassan mother could see it and knew if she did this would not only end the plan to save their kind but would cost her, her sons life and unborn grandchild, so before Azariah could say another word she stepped out from the shadows taking the king by the arm and tossing him away, she got infront of her daughter inlaw and confessed a lie that king was to stupid not to believe “you had my husband killed, I know this to be true, and now you lead my son into the same path that will kill him as well. You want to know who has be betraying to since my husband death. It me all along and I think deep down inside you knew because I would never allow you to share my bed!” she screamed Azariah tears fell she was to weak to stop too weak to protect her mother in law. She only hoped her husband would come back soon. but soon would never come. The King order Darcassan to be killed and before another word was spoken the high elven soldiers gather around her and attacked. She struggled but put up a good fight , She was left on the ground bleeding to death as the king looked to Azariah “let this be a warning to your husband and unborn child… turn against me like this thing has, and you will suffer the same fate” he said disappearing from sight, Azariah crying crawled over to her and held her trying her best to stop the bleeding, but her mother in law smiled and shook her head “ I have accepted my end, I know by doing this I saved that baby you and my son, and I pray that you two will lead our people from this… tell my son I am proud of him and I love him always… and his father always knew .. that his son was the better man that he ever was” with that her eyes closed, and her last breath faded Just then the doors brust open and Darcassan stood there staring seeing his mother’s body beating and bleeding in the arms of his wife. Shaking and in raged fell to his knees. They had stolen his father, taken his mother and hurt his wife and unborn son; he was no longer going to wait. The next morning the Neithiar gathered to bury their Queen beside her husband and at dusk the war began.

Two nights before the war would come to an end Azariah gave birth to their son Raunaeril, (Ramone) Darcassan was proud to have his son born to see their victory. They indeed won they over ran the kingdom and let the world know that they were no longer servants to the crown. They were infact their own Kingdom, they left summerset and moved their people back to Dawnstar. Rebuilding their kingdom, where they would go back to their old roots and live as free elves. 4 years after rebuilding their kingdom, Darcassan and Azariah had their eldest son who was now 4 and had welcomed two more heirs their son Aelrindel (Alastair) who was 3 years old and their youngest Princess Leilatha (Lilly). It would not be till the children got older and the world they knew would change. <

For 12 years the Neithiar Elves lived in peace, and on the morning of Raunaeril 16th birthday Raunaeril left the palace to meet his father on the training grounds, when he arrived there, he found his father laying still on the ground. Rushing to his side he pulled his father into his arms and felt he had no heartbeat Calling for help Raunaeril moved his hand to finding blood. His father had been murdered within the walls of there kingdom. With his birthday celebration canceled Raunaeril now stepping into a roll he was not prepared to take on at this age, He called for the clan’s Elders he would get to the bottom of this, wanting answers as to why his father was killed. With his mother beside him he met with the elders little did they know that the high elves had broken into the kingdom early that day and been hiding about the towns inside the kingdom of Dawnstar, during this meeting the high elves had gathered and began their attack using fire arrows and battering rams to break into the palace. Raunaeril had been shoved into taking on the roll as king still young age and not clear as what to do next his mother Azariah stepped in to help her son, telling him to order for the soldiers to defend the kingdom, and then to gather as many of the Neithiar people together helping them escape Dawnstar and lead them into the woods outside the kingdom to keep them safe. In less than 24 hours Raunaeril had lost his father, his kingdom and had to take on the roll at a young age and lead his people to safety, with their kingdom in shambles and his people without a home Raunaeril was left to find some place he could keep his people and family safe. Raunaeril Uncle (mother side) the Duke suggested to him that they move their people to another Realm because no matter where they go here the high elves would always find them, and with some distance they could better plan their attack and re calm their home. Opening the royal family’s book of shadows Raunaeril found a spell that would open a portal to a world unknown to them. The world it had brought them to was a place called Costa Rica in a remote corner deep within the Forest where little to no humans went, The moment the young Princess laid eyes on their knew home she called it Lothlórien which meant “Serenity” with that in mind that I was what Raunaeril named their new kingdom. The elders of the Elves place a spell among the outside edges of their land to protect it from anyone seeing or getting inside without knowing the right words. When the young king orders a few men to go out and gather information about their new realm it was discovered that they would have to adapt to live among the species called humans, but soon learned that there were other beings other then the humans. Each elf would learn to change their appearance, and their names to blend in with the humans. Raunaeril now called Ramone knowing he would have to provide for his people took on the persona of the Cassadine’s opening up a Change of Hotels in Costa Rica to provide income and support for his kingdom, many to all the elven people took on the name Cassadine and stayed with the kingdom while others set out to explore, to find ways to take back their old kingdom, the war against the high elves was far from over.
