"I am Roma, that which stands above all else."
(Chill vibes and Big Conquest. If I add you, I'll send the first greeting and hopefully it's vice-versa.)
Lucius Tiberius Caesar "Come Arthur, let us lose ourselves in this dance of death until we can move no longer!"
He stood overlooking the war-torn battlefield that Britannia had become—gazing over the landscape with an expression fit only for a demon. That face was a common sight for those who served in the Legions of the Roman Empire—a face fitting only for their battlelust-filled Emperor. A twisted grin formed upon his face—brought to a state of pure euphoria from the the sight graced the opposite end of that battle-scarred land. There stood his nemesis, the one who rallied those who rejected his rule—Arthur Pendragon. Soon, that twisted expression of joy was turned towards the Legions at his flank. Lucius’ loud voice boomed across the rows of his army—speaking with the natural Charisma of a true Son of Rome.
"Stand tall, children of Roma! Let us give ourselves fully into the subjugation of those who reject our rule. Let us dance in the throes of battle until all who resist are squashed under the ironclad boot of Roma!"
The soldiers rallied at his battle-starved cry for bloodshed, charging in formation as they had trained whilst he moved to mount the war steed that would carry him to the true object of his desires—the one who stood above all others in his eyes aside from the previous rulers of Rome. There, before him lay his true friend, his greatest enemy. Lucius rode forwards like a demon possessed; determined to see the great Arthur Pendragon impaled upon Florent in a torrent of blood.
Yet, at the end of that long, bloody conflict—the one who stood victorious in battle was the King of Knights, the son of the Dragon. The Chosen King of Camelot, Arthur. A deep, pained cough escaped the broken and battered frame of Tiberius as he looked up to his greatest friend; his greatest enemy. His lips moved to speak, yet no words could escape from his wounded frame that was so very close to the embrace of death’s door. Instead, all he could do was channel the last of his Prana into one singular burst—hoping to blast Arthur’s blindside with the full brunt of his Demonic Blade. Yet, the words that rang out were much the same as funerary bells to him—shaking him to the core as he’d finally reached the conclusion he’d always desired.
"Ex...CALIBUR!!"
In a flash of brilliant golden light, the Sword Emperor was completely and utterly annihilated—leaving nothing left in his wake besides the sword that he’d carried so fondly by his side. Yet, this was not the end for the man who bore the title of Caesar. No, this was only the beginning. Many images passed through his range of vision, alongside the names of great Heroes. Their strengths, their weaknesses, their legends. Such was the eternal nature of the Throne of Heroes, in which he sat as an Anti-Hero. This had continued for some time until the feeling of something, or perhaps someone, beckoned him forwards. He answered the call, arriving in a location that remained blurred due to the nature of his Summoning. Yet, he saw two things of true note. One was the individual standing before him, and the other was the shattered remains of Florent at their feet. A twisted, joyous grin of sick pleasure forced itself onto Lucius’ features as his violet gaze immediately shot up—looking towards the figure before him. His words were filled with glee and vigour akin to a child having been handed the present they’d always desired. At last, after all the time spent watching and waiting...he could once again know the sweet song and dance of battle. He could only look upon the figure with admiration before a simple set of words sprang forth past his lips—filled with the authority and bloodlust of a mad Emperor.

Personality
Lucius Tiberius Caesar is a man who can be described as a mixture of arrogance and bloodlust personified—taking to the battlefield and leading his troops to bloody conquest like a warmonger. However, he is also a man of great wisdom and one who bears a tactical mind—inspiring the masses to follow behind him like any great Roman Emperor should. His lust for battled also serves as a positive, due to his ability to form great respect for those he considers worthy combatants or military leaders. When behind closed doors, he is revealed to be a man who was crafted, rather than born. Much in the sense that his personality for bloodshed and conquest was born from his reign taking place in the midst of various wars and battles. He had a need to expand his territory to live up to his forefathers, while also staving off attack from rival nations including the Eastern half of Rome. Yet beneath it all, he was a very broken man who was taught from birth that might alone would protect his people—revealing the Emperor to be little more than a boy who was forced into a position that he was wholly unprepared for. It is the tur nature of the demon blade, designed specifically to bring vast amounts of death and destruction to all within its path. The sword is an application of Mana Burst that allows Lucius to channel his bloodlust into the sword—augmenting it with violet, surging magical energy. Upon utilizing it, he takes a stance where his held in both hands directly in front of him. The space around him and the sword becomes surrounded with the pure force of violet lightning surging from the blade and heavens both—enveloped in a furious torrent of electicity before it began to give off strange, violent, furious sounds whilst it transformed. Lucius Tiberius Caesar is an amalgamation of the false Caesar told of in the Arthurian Legends adapted by Type-Moon, as well as the actual Roman Emperor he was likely based upon—Emperor Glycerius. This works in a similar fashion to Thomas Alva Edison being empowered by the Presidents of the United States, and like False Assassin being a man who was the closest fit for the swordsman Sasaki Kojiro.
