    Cruel Healer, Fate Maximón's Interests
GeneralRevenge Targets:

Merteuil de Lac: Refer to Accomplice Laufey.

Badigadi Giger: The Artillery Hero as well as the Commander of the Assault Division of the De Lac Empire. Also known as the Merchant of Death, Giger is completely and utterly obsessed with money. By his own admission, he has had a hand in most of the present conflicts in Refal Edia all to gain profits from the battles. Despite being a Hero, Giger does not care for the reasons behind any war, and appears to have no political or ideological leanings. Even during the Ruin King campaign, his enthusiastic work in killing UL was solely to ensure that he could continue profiting. His insane devotion to money is second only to his obsession with the Princess Merteuil whom he believes deeply loves him but cannot publicly admit it. He appears to worship Merteuil as a goddess and falls into a jealous rage when Merteuil takes a liking to and violates Fate. Giger believes Fate has seduced and defiled Merteuil. It is with this mind set that he delivers what he refers to 'justice' and brutally beats the child daily. Unknown to him, Merteuil was very aware of his infatuation and encouraged his assault on Fate. She purposely created situations with Fate to enrage Giger. In the original timeline, Fate is unable to kill Giger as he along with a group of other heroes happened on and challenged the Ruin King, only to be quickly bested. Giger's Noblesse Relic is {Eris' Spark}, a sort of flamethrower.

Sola-Ui: The Blade Hero and Commander of the Intelligence Division of the De Lac Empire. A seemingly kindhearted woman who is only a Hero but also runs an orphanage for the war-torn children of De Lac. Despite appearances, Sola-Ui is actually 529 years old. Sola-Ui is able to keep her youthful appearance through the Unique Skill 《Carmilla》. This Skill provides longevity as long its user consumes the flesh and blood of the young who were obtained through her orphanage. Fate considers her to be the cruelest of the trio. Sola-Ui was the only one of the three who would sometimes undo the mind-altering status on him but only did this so he could be aware of his torture. She would then cut him open and literally eat him alive, enjoying his screams for hours as his 'healing' would keep him breathing. Sola-Ui also appears to have knowledge of the true mastermind of the turmoil affecting the world as this entity was the one who gifted Sola-Ui with the Skill 《Carmilla》. In the original timeline, Fate is unable to kill Sola-Ui. As just like Giger, she happened on and challenged the Ruin King, only to be quickly bested. Sola-Ui's Noblesse Relic is {Fangs of Alucard}, a trio of swords.

Tourvel de Lac: Refer to Accomplice Eris

Vijar Ramposa XIX: Chief Marshal of the Imperial Knights. Also dubbed 'The Lion King' from the soldiers. Chief Marshal Vijar was the Baron of the City of Lavinia. He is the exclusive Body Guard to Princess Merteuil de Lac as well as the pupil of The Blade Hero. He was the one who located Fate in the Maximón Village after receiving orders from the Empire's Seers of Fate's arrival. To give Fate 'incentive' to join the Empire's cause, the Chief Marshal had his troops attack and ravage the Village under the guise of the UL. He personally killed the woman who looked after Fate. He and the Princess then used this attack to drive Fate to align with the Empire which worked. The Chief also appears to follow his Master's teaching by "Consuming" his victims. In the first timeline, Vijar died when Fate destroyed the Empire with the 《Great Transmutation》. However, in this 'Redo', Fate targets the Chief Marshal first to lower the Protection around Merteuil. During their battle, Fate outmaneuvers Vijar and ensnares him. He then uses 《Realize》 on Vijar's brain to force him into a state of constant hunger. Vijar Ramposa XIX dies from wounds sustained from attempting to eat himself. Fate later uses his image and identity to corner the Technique Hero.

History: Fate is a child from Earth summoned to De Lac as the Hero of Life. Alongside the other 13 heroes, he was supposed to fight the UL, twisted creatures lead by the Ruin King bent on the collapse of the mortal races of the world. However, because the royal family view his powers as 'useless' or 'illegitimate,' he was instead subjected to torment and drugging. For nine years, Fate served the empire as a mindless healing and exp potion. However upon regaining his cognitive abilities, he upgraded his ability to 'heal' time and sent his consciousness in the past to the point of his summons. Using his knowledge from the previous timeline, Fate fakes his death and sets out on a path of vengeance to the De Lac Empire and it's fake heroes.

Appearance: Originally, Fate had black hair and eyes. A young boy on the short side. But using his alchemy, Fate performed plastic surgery on himself. Now Fate is a young man with short wild white hair and crimson eyes. Because of his sleepless pursuit, he has a sleep expression and bags under his eyes. He's usually seen wearing a black hoodie jacket revealing his chest and dark colored pants and black boots.

Personality: Fate used to be an enthusiastic and positive child. Even upon arriving to a new world, he opened up quickly to the village he appeared in. For two months, he worked hard on a farm in exchange for home and board. The villagers were kind and caring. He had gotten so used to it, that he eventually gave up on finding out how or why he was called there. That was when she appeared. The Technique Hero, Merteuil de Lac arrived with an order of the Empire of de Lac that revealed Fate was a summoned Hero and would have to report to the Royal Family. Thinking that he should repay the villagers and being a hero was cool, he agreed. Fate showed his dedication to the cause and tried hard with the Radiant Hero, Integra, however Merteuil eventually considered his ability as 'trash' and decided to ultimately use him as a tool. After the Technique Hero's betrayal, Fate was left a broken shell of a human. His mind lost. After recovering it, he could only be absorbed by the thought of revenge on the heroes he knew were fakers and the empire who paraded them as champion of the people. After his 'redo', Fate has become quite ruthless. A wicked man willing to go to unfathomable lengths and break beyond the bounds of sanity to achieve his vengeance. He has general lack of any moral compass, being willing to manipulate, torture, and even drive people insane to achieve his goals. Due to being betrayed, Fate also seems to have trust issues and is unwilling to view anyone as an ally and instead views those weaker than him as pawns or those his equal as his accomplice. While his moral position has altered considerably, he isn't completely depraved as as he treats his subordinates fairly and doesn’t go back on his word to his accomplices.

Abilities and Powers:

Alchemy: Fate's ability of healing was thought to be simple magic. However, that was not the case. His 'healing' ability was actually alchemic. It allowed him to scan and read an existence and alter that existence on an atomic level. Upon discovering this fact, Fate evolved his Healing[Atom Reconstruction] to Item Creation[Atomic Materialization] as well as use the atoms in the air to rupture reality itself [Time Travel].

Analysis: An ability derived from Alchemy that grants Fate the power scan and read an existence through the act of touching. With this power, Fate can experience the entire life span of that existence in a matter of seconds. Initially, the ability was simply a requirement to evoke his reconstruction ability, however, upon seeing its true potential, Fate molded the skill into a pseudo teaching ability. Since he experienced all the moments he touch, all the knowledge and skills he could remember were at his disposal. The ability does have a limitation as it can only copy the knowledge and not use skills Fate could not normally do.

Reconstruction: The ability mistaken for healing magic. Fate evokes this ability by chanting "Save." By analyzing an existence, Fate can reconstruct anything--organic or inorganic--to any point in that existence's time frame. This means that he can restore maimed or fatally injured people, including himself, to a state before they were injured. So long as the brain is still functioning, he can even reconstruct a person with just their head. A requirement of the ability is that Fate must "analyze" all the existence of the target he is trying to reconstruct. Unfortunately, this means that Fate must experience the recipient's pain in order to use Reconstruction. And because the ability heals those instantaneously, the amount of pain that Fate has to experience is a condensed form of how long and how much pain was experienced by the injured person. For example, to reconstruct a limb , Fate needs 5 seconds. However within those 5 seconds, Fate experienced 500 times the amount of pain and suffering that existence experienced in an condensed form. It is the cost that he needs to pay in order to instantaneously 'remove' all injuries of any type or form incurred on a existence.

Realization: An ability derived from Reconstruction. Fate evokes this ability by chanting "Realize." By realizing he can reconstruct atoms in the air, Fate learn to create objects. The requirement for the ability is to know the atomic structure and capacity. If that much is know, then Fate can create weapons, supplies, and after mastery over the skill, he even created holomuclus.

Deconstruction: An ability derived from Reconstruction. Fate evokes this ability by chanting "Delete." Since reconstruction was an ability that restored an existence by reforming atoms and realization was an ability to create an existence, Fate rationed that he could break down a structure by erasing atoms from that structure. His thoughts turned out to be founded. This ability allows him to deconstruct any existence through the act of touching. He has also equipped his projectiles with this skill.

Respawn: The final ability derived from Reconstruction. This skill isn't evoked through an enchantment. Fate can reconstruct and deconstruct atoms holding the fabric of time, and time travel to almost any point he exists. Because the ability is dependent on his mana, Fate is limited to how far back in his timeline he can travel. Since his body didn't contain mana prior to his summoning, he cannot travel past that point. Since his first time jump, Fate has set the skill to activate upon his death and jump to a point he deemed as a 'Save.'

Immense Combat Skills: Despite being a human and physically weaker than the other heroes, Fate has absorbed the discipline and experience of those he analyzed and thus shown immense skills in combat which allowed him to single-handedly take down numerous enemies whilst simultaneously protecting his toys or accomplices.

Master Tactician: Fate is a very calculative and observant strategist, as he studies and researches his enemies before he battles them so he can read their movements and attack and counter them effectively.

Immense Durability: Due to his Reconstruction and years of torture at the hands of the Technique Hero, Fate has shown great tolerance to damage and pain, such as having an arm chopped off by the Radiant Hero only to calmly retrieve it and restore it back with a 《Save》.

Poison Immunity/Detection: Once again due to his Reconstruction and years of drugging by the Technique Hero, Fate has developed not only an immunity to poison but can also detect poisons as well.

Mind-Altering Immunity: Due to his Reconstruction and years of mind-altering spells and hypnosis by the Sage, Fate has developed an Immunity to skills and spells that influence the mind. This includes Charm, Fear,Memory Wipe, Mind Control, Mind Possess, Illusions and the like.

Virtue of Law: A skill awakened by Fate when his existence was going erased by the Goddess of Devotion and Wishes, Astena Pideth Machina. The ability grants Fate the power to nullify Event Interferences(A divine authority that grants the wishes of all those who have sworn a pact with Astena. It influences the actions of the World. Astena has also used it to grant immortality to her minions. It can also be used to erase an existence from not just this world but all worlds.). This means Fate can negate the power of 'being erased' and 'beings who live outside the realm of reason' (i.e. immortals).

Tools:

Seers Eyes of Consequences: By forging a pact with the spirit of the stars, Liana, Fate gained the Seers eyes. Wielders of these eyes are able to see the 'The Truth' of the world. It allows him to get full information about the target's stats, such as: Magical defense, Physical defense, Level, Mana, Health, Class, Abilities, Passives, and Speed.

Shroud of the Night: A magic item that takes the form of a jet-black mantle/hoodie which contains the Spirit King of the Night, Canis Lykaon. When merging with Canis, Fate can manipulate conceptual sensory and create an undetectable stealth camouflage.

Relámpago: A pair of Ornamental-style flint pistols created by Fate's 'Realize' ability.

Cuadrillo: An Ornamental-style bolt-action assault rifle created by Fate's 'Realize' ability.

Aethon-Gleipnir: A supersonic motorcycle, created by Fate's 'Realize' ability. It is made completely out of 'Scarletite," the strongest metal in the world of Refal Edia. When being possessed by Fenrir, it has a maximum power of 6,706,166,290 horsepower, which can easily break the speed of light.

Regulus Nemea: Resembling a Hummer used in the military and modeled after a pick-up truck painted in Black and Sage, it is an armored vehicle with a thick Scarletite armor plating and numerous weapons installed within its frame, like the rear turret or installable gatling guns. It has build-in suspensions. Housed within the engine is Regulus, a spirit of raw power. By invoking him, Fate can increase the hummer's offensive and defensive capabilities by a incredible margin. Fate can also control it remotely through telepathy with Regulus

Vidar, the Divine Sword of Vengeance - A crimson and obsidian sword obtained when Fate forged a pact with the spirit of Vengeance, Vidar. The sword mainly acts as proof of contract between people. By stabbing oneself with the sword, the user and contractor become bonded through a vow of revenge. The object of revenge become all bound to those who contracted and shared. Their lives are then mirrored so if one dies the other will as well, so to discourage traitorous actions. The benefits is that the contractor gains a new skill tree. It also grants its user an 2x increase in stats, notably Phys. Str. and Phys. Def. based on the number of contracts the user has with others.

Astral Index - Also known as the Akashic Records. A legendary grimoire said to contain knowledge and history of the world. The tomb is sentient and thus acts of its own accord.

Accomplices:

Bella Bunny: A rabbit werekin slave Fate bought in the the fortified settlement of Galeas. Distrustful of humans due to a betrayal suffered by another Hero, Bella's intial encounter was quite rocky. The unstable actions taken by Fate always left her bewildered and fearful. Not only was he a Hero but he had appeared to be mad and cruel beyond belief. Matters weren't alleviated when he forced the two into cooperation by entering dangerous situations such as the 《Haltina Trials》. Despite this, slowly but surely a cohesion started to form. Bella could see that while Fate was cruel, he was also just and only displayed cruelty to those he deemed his enemy. For his part, Fate acknowledged the strength of her resolution and invoked a 《Geass》on to himself to vow no cruelty and betrayal towards Bella. Over the months, their relationship has softened and a unity has opened as seen with Bella scolding Fate to act as his title of Hero and being left disappointed by many of his underhanded actions. Fate usually just teases her, much to Bella's chagrin. In Fate's party, Bella serves as the [Sniper]. Fate's future plan is to kill the Artillery Hero, usurp his Noblesse Relic, giving it to Bella and making her the new Artillery Hero. {Roleplay in Progress}

Rain: A Drifter [Otherworlder] from a world known as Elementum. Fate mistakes Rain for a Geist [Ghost race]. She is actually a fire-spirit (Hiasobi) of Elementum. She stumped into the world of Refal Edia while on the manhunt of a man by the codename of 'Blindness Dragon' and saves Fate from Imperial Knights after his escape from the Heroes. Due to a misunderstanding, he attacks and attempts to kill her. However upon interference from the Astral Index and the realization that their enemies are working together, Rain and Fate also enter into a shaky alliance. In Fate's party, Rain serves as the [Summoner](or that is how Fate classified her) as she deals damage with her mysterious 'summons.' {Roleplay in Progress}

Hakai: One of the 13 Heroes, she holds the title of Shadow Hero. Despite appearing as a Kunlun, Hakai is actually an UL. She is in line to inherit the Ruin King's throne. Instead due to a fascination with the Mortal races, she abandons her succession. Somehow, through unknown means she obtained the title and crest of the Shadow Hero. Roleplay in Progress

Keera A. Sagewood: An Elezen prince from the Sagewood Kingdom. Keera was a corrupt Royal who attempted to incite a war between the Elezen and the Werekin Kingdom of Lyceus. He was revealed by Fate and decapitated by the Wise Wolf Queen, Holo. Fate then used 《Save》 and brought the Royal back to life. Through brainstorming, Keera becomes a liaison for Fate to the Sagewood Kingdom. Keera serves as Fate's informant giving him info on Sagewood and all its allies including the De Lac Empire. {Side Character}

Wise Wolf Queen Holo: The Ruler of Werekin Kingdom of Lyceus. Originally thought to be a wolf Werekin, it is revealed that she is actually a Starling from the Moon. She used her knowledge gained from watching the planet for centuries to usurp the previous King and rule over Lyceus. Her Kingdom is one of the only safe haven for Werekin as its forces are able to stand against powerhouses like the De Lac Empire and the Sagewood Kingdom. Fate was able to gain favor with her after foiling an assassination attempt made by the Sagewood Prince. Holo serves Fate as a collaborator, announcing him and his party as 'Champions' of the Lyceus Kingdom and gain them popular opinion, even in the De Lac Empire. {Rolleplay in Progress}

Lupusimperatrix: Often Referred to as Enri. She along with her young brother Lobos are actually Divine Monsters [Fenrir]. Because their powers and skills dont surface until maturity, the pair were caught by humans. Both the humans and the siblings contracted a mysterious disease known as the《Thorn》 which slowly killed the group. Fate saved the siblings using his 《Save》 skill. Fate then manipulated them into an agreement where he would save their tribe if they let him name them [A divine monster becomes spiritual bound for eternity to those they accept names from.] which the pair accepted. The eldest of the two is initially antagonistic towards Fate, even attempting to kill him during their first encounter. Over time, Fate manages to get Enri on his side and she eventually becomes extremely loyal to Fate. He deems her along with Bella as a lucky discovery as Enri contains skills that grant her the ability to 'sever' divinity with her teeth. The ability contains a flaw that increases Enri's bloodlust to unfathomable heights. Fate restricts her movement by acting as her 'cage.' In Fate's party, Enri serves as the [Monk]. Fate has future plans for Enri to usurp the Vale Hero and his Noblesse Relic. {Side Character}

Lobos: The younger brother of Enri. Like his sister, he is a Divine Monster. Also like his sister, he was distrustful to Fate. But he had a more solid reason. He has two exceptions skills with one being 《Magic Eyes of Empathy》which allows him to sense the true nature of the person he looks at, or the nature of their thoughts. Upon seeing Fate, the color drained from his face as he noticed a dark purple mist around Fate so thick it suffocated him. Lobos immediately compared him to the Ruin King. However, just as quickly as Fate terrified him, he also gained his fidelity. Lobos' second exception skill was 《Life Eraser》which negated his mana. Mana is essentially what registers someone as Life or to be observed. Because of this ability, the moment you looked away from Lobos, he'd be forgotten. Save for his sister, not even his parents were aware of Lobos' existence. That is until he met Fate. Because his Seers Eyes witness the 'Truth' of the world, Fate retained all his memories of Lobos. Fate, pitying him used his 《Realize》 skill and altered 《Life Eraser》 into 《Perception Filter》which was a skill that concealed not negated mana. Not only did he recognize the young boy's existence but made it possible for other observe him as well. The boy became fiercely loyal to Fate afterwards. In Fate's party, Lobos serves as a [Ninja], sabotaging and spying on his enemies. Currently, Fate has no plans for Lobos to gain a Noblesse Relic as the boy is still too young to wield one. {Side Character}

Albedo: A Feast (Succubus Race) who like Rain is a Drifter from the world of 《YGGDRASIL》. Albedo initially meets and subdues Fate with ease at the Starfall Plains. She brings him before her Master Ainz and forces him to demonstrate his ability by 'healing' a cut she inflicts on her hand. It is in this moment, Fate uses his 《Analyze》 skill to discover Albedo is an NPC with specific programming. Within that moment he plants a timed 《Realize》 and alters her settings from 《She is in love with Momonga.》to 《She is in love with Fate.》forcing the Succubus to his side. He uses the lovestruck Feast as a tool to gain favor with her Master. This action ends up as a double edged sword as he gains a tremendously strong pawn but quite dangerous to him as well. Albedo is extremely obsessed with Fate and becomes dangerously jealous towards his other accomplices, namely the Female ones. Fate dubs her a 'Yandere' as she's threatened many of the females numerous times and even threatened to force Fate down. Despite this, through wordplay Fate has managed to keep the Feast in check. In Fate's party, Albedo serves as [Berserker], a Tank drawing in the enemies. Fate has absolutely no plans to give Albedo a Noblesse Relic as he fears she is too powerful as it is. {Roleplay in Progress}

Integra Gauwaine: One of the 13 Heroes, she holds the title of Radiant Hero. She was Fate's instructor of the Gauwaine Family Sword Style. She is a one of the few people and Hero Fate respects. Because of his Plastic Surgery Magic, she had no idea she was hunting her former student when the Empire ordered his assassination. Upon their reunion, she attempted to kill Fate, however is foiled when he poisons her. He then reveals his identity as well as the truth to his disappearance. After being cured and showed the 'Darkness' of the Empire, Integra falls into a depression. She questioned her service as a Knight as it farthered the Empire's ambitions. She looks at Bella, Fenrir and Lobos with guilt as her actions may have led to many werekins being enslaved. She discovered hope when Fate lets her in on his plan. It would bring all the nations together without war. She was stunned as the plan would call for Fate to become the enemy of the entire world. Amazed by his resolve, Integra joins Fate as a double agent. Like Albedo, Integra serves as a [Sword Sage], another tank in Fate's party. Her Noblesse Relic is {The Shining Sword, Galatine}. {Side Character}

Laufey: Originally, she was the First princess of the De Lac Empire and Technique Hero, Merteuil de Lac. She is one of the main targets of Fate's revenge, having subjected him to sexual assault and torture for over ten years. Ostensibly, she was champion of the people who protested the races from the Ruin King. She even offered 'refuge' to the Werekin village near her border, when she instead invade the village after an UL attack to enslave the Werekin people. In reality, Merteuil is unbelievably self-centered and thinks of herself as superior to everyone. She believes she has the right to do as she pleases because she is not just simply a royal but also a hero. This facade is quickly broken when Fate ambushes and traps her. She is then subjected to hours of torture by Fate. In the first timeline, he killed her after the torture. However, he witnessed the people mourning her and felt cheated. In the 'redo,' Fate instead opts for destroy her reputation. He frames her as a traitor to her country and then uses his Plastic Surgery Magic to alter her appearance before using 《Realize》to alter her memory, thus 'killing' 《Merteuil》and constructing 《Laufey》. After her 'reconstruction," Laufey is completely loyal to Fate and genuinely believes in him. She is also much more kinder than her former self, as she treats Bella and Fenrir as friends in spite of how her nation abuses werekins. In Fate's party, Laufey serves as the [Sorceress] which specializes in casting devastating offensive magic, particularly area of effect spells that can decimate an entire army. Her Noblesse Relic is {The Staff of Circe}. {Side Character}

Eris: She was originally the Second Princess and Merteuil's younger Sister, Tourvel de Lac. Cold and calculating, Tourvel is the one of the most sadistic individuals among the De Lac Empire, which even unnerves her fellow companions, sister, and other heroes. Even Fate stated that her existence made him uneasy. Despite having no physical or magical capabilities, Tourvel possessed a tactical mind that collapsed many of De Lac's enemies. Her cunning was so great, she deduced Fate broke out of the mind control her sister put him in during the first timeline. She opted out of telling her sister and the other heroes, whether this was out of indifference or amusement, even Fate couldn't tell. During the 'redo' Fate was going to leave her out of his revenge but a sudden encounter changed his mind. Tourvel suddenly arrived and announced to the citizens of Byakko, a Human/Werekin Neutral City that De Lac forces would purge the city of its Werekin inhabitants, to which she claimed were actually holding the human residence hostage. This resulted in a confrontation between the Werekins and soldiers. All humans who aided their Werekin brethren were accused of being possessed and beyond saving and thus were also purged. The population of Byakko dropped to 35% after that. During their victory celebration, Tourvel and her entourage were ambushed by Fate and his party. Only Tourvel was taken alive. Fate reveals that he was avenging the death of a local werekin killed by Tourvel's forces. Tourvel expresses confusion over how his actions were for one mere Werekin. After being slapped and berated for belittling the lives of others, Tourvel has her memories erased by Fate. The amnesiac Tourvel is later introduced to the rest of the group. She is brainwashed into thinking that she is Fate's younger sister named Eris. Fate believe he may have accidentally copied his two siblings personalities into Eris as she seems unnaturally clingy much to Fate's chagrin. Eris serves as the 《Tactician》 of his party. {Side Character}
