While Demise was resealed, he was banished and the land was saved...the Demon Lord's actions played a vital role in the curse that would plague the lands for many years to come.
Ecclesia of Calamity
The fabulous one used his newly given life to do things his own way. With no longer a need for Demise, he built his own kingdom providing sanctuary to creatures and monsters not quite accepted by the other races who deemed them enemies. He rules over his new kingdom, and any threat to it or what he cherishes most will be met with the ferocity he once showed so long ago.
