Meiko Shiraki is one of the main characters from the manga and anime Prison School. My portrayal is heavily story-driven and canon-divergent, open to a wide variety of themes and stories. I generally prefer discussion but occasionally accept random starters.
I usually play Meiko a little older since it makes things more flexible for RP.
