Pyrrha Nikos graduated at the top of her class in Sanctum before arriving at Beacon Academy. Also before
arriving at Beacon, she became the mascot for Pumpkin Pete's Marshmallow Flakes and won the Mistral Regional
Tournament four years in a row.
Personality
Pyrrha appears to be a very professionally capable, friendly, and relaxed person, possibly even insouciant
(cheerfully nonchalant). Despite her physical prowess and high grades, she also has a tendency to act before
she thinks, sometimes acting on impulse alone. She also seems to be both a quick thinker and a helpful
person. Despite Pyrrha's skill in battle and helpful personality, she is also somewhat emotionally fragile and
can, in some cases, be hurt by those she is close to, and may have a habit of holding grudges.
Pyrrha is also a level headed thinker in battle. Despite her impressive range of combat abilities, she also knows
her own limits and can think clearly when faced with a dangerous or stronger opponent. Always knows when its
time to retreat.
Abilities
Pyrrha is able to aim with extreme precision when throwing the javelin form of Mil�, usually using only her
thumb as an iron sight. She is also extremely adept at using Ako�o_ her shield as an offensive weapon.
Sometimes using her semblance to guide her weapons.
Pyrrha appears to be rather strong physically, as she is seen to easily punch through grown tree trunks with
the help of her shield without any change to her posture or stance. Her strength was also displayed when she
used her shield as a launch platform to help Nora launch higher into the air, an action that was also done
without any visible alterations to her stance.
Pyrrha demonstrates the ability to unlock another person's Aura, though was visibly tired after unlocking it.
Pyrrha demonstrates the ability to control magnetism through her semblance and has knowledge of how each
one differs.
weapon
Mil� and Ako�o_ are Pyrrha Nikos' weapons of choice. The name Mil� means "speak" and the word Ako�o_ means
"listen."
Mil� resembles the Pilum (heavy javelins) used by the legions of Ancient Rome, but its design seems to be more
resembling those of the Amazons. Other than the javelin form, it can transform into a Xiphos (Greek double-
edged short sword) and a carbine.
In javelin form, the carbine barrel becomes part of the body and Pyrrha can use it to fire the javelin, giving it a
burst of increased range, speed, and power. The carbine form appears to have a scope functionality, despite
only having an iron sight on it.
Additionally, Pyrrha uses a Greek Dipylon style shield (a metal circle with sections missing on either side) called
Ako�o_ that she carries on her left arm as she wields her weapon's sword form in her right. The name of her
shield means "listen."
Ako�o_ also has a razor-sharp edge and can be used as a thrown weapon like a large discus. The shield also
seems to be highly durable, able to withstand the attack of a Death Stalker's claw and effectively functioning as a
launch surface. Pyrrha is either able to judge these throws well enough so to ensure its rebound returns it to
her or through some use of her Semblance.
