Lahkura lives in an area of her world dominated by vast oceans. The majority of landmasses to be found within her domain are islands and archipelago. She lives and thrives here as a buccaneer. Living primarily on her custom crafted Corsair Cruiser which she calls The Great White Phantasm. A name she chose because her crew consists of spirits who love the sea. Spirits she called and and who were called to her by following the path of Enqai Noh Whuxi
Enqai Noh Whuxi is a mystical tradition that was developed and refined in the Greater East Isles of her world. Commonly known as a style of Martial Arts with a focus on fighting on and in the ocean. It is in fact an entire life philosophy centered on respect and reverence for the ocean in substance and in spirit. By cultivating oneself to be alike to the ocean, one can achieve transcendence. This is the core of Lahkura's prowess on the ocean, in battle, and in the practice of mystical arts that allow her to summon spirits both minor and major to aid her on the tasks and quests she sets her sights on.
She is a woman possessed by a passion for adventure and a love for expanding her horizons. She loves a good sporting challenge wherever she might find it and whatever form it might take.
Oops, perhaps I should have explained better.ย When we're building parts, we have four people on, and actually work in more like a large welding warehouse is what you could say it is. When we have to be on an actual vessel we have six people, but we don't do the whole ship. There's a part that messes up, we go on and make that work again. This time around, we had to be in the factory and just make the pieces. There was no direct travel needed to anywhere that I wouldn't normally go for work. Its just the amount of overtime I put in to make sure we reached the total basically implies they won't make me work overtime anymore because the boss is pissed they drug me on for so long and racked up so many overtime pay hours.
But yes, home and recovering.ย Since it didn't take me anywhere outside my norms, it was still within my ability to keep up some of my morning regiment. I'm 145 though, so I've lost a couple pounds between then and now, but that does tend to happen when I'm busting my ass though. Work does kind of help that along, I wouldn't doubt it in the slightest.
Are things opening up over there more now? I still wear a mask. I'm not really sure if I will stop anymore, just now that I know something this stupid happened in the first place. I don't doubt it'll be long before everything is back to normal. I think people have been desperate for it for a while now. I don't really blame them, but I still would wait for more solid numbers of recovery before I go acting like everything's fine.
However my stance is simply better safe than sorry. I have not gotten sick since all of this started and I don't want to start now.
It's more like I make the pipes. Some of them. You don't get much without pipes, you'd yhave a boat but good luck with any temperature regulations or any water system. Which is what happened to me recently. We got an order in for a stupidly huge amount we had to fill in a month's time, and there's like four of us on a shiftย The amount of hours I had to put in this month exceeded twenty days straight. The overtime I made. I hurt a lot right now, but I have made an absolutely dumb amount of money.
I understand when I last saw you I was actually anticipating downtime. It happened exactly like that. Suddenly they call me up and tell me the job and I had to basically come in as they wanted me. Which happened to be less than five hours since I had spoken with you.
I wouldn't call it cramped, but when we go to install something, we tend to be inside the ship for the job, and having to work on it constantly. So rarely did I get out for long, many a time I ended up falling asleep right there on the spot, waking up and continuing later. ย
Yeah, hopefully now you have a better idea of why things happen for me when they do, for the times, and for the reasons. No, we don't get luxury jobs. Most of the time it's pretty hot and nasty.
That sounds like a nightmare all in of itself, but the funny part is I might have helped make what they used to fix it.
It really was not all that amazing. A lot of time was spent below deck, because that was where I needed to be. And it was hot. A lot of the time we'd work at night, just because it would help take some of the heat off, so a lot of the time I couldn't even be out at night and see the water, you know, arguably the best part of being on a ship.
I know OF the show you're talking about, but I never actually watched it. It's the one with the darker skinned girl with the twintails and usually she's seen in art with a dumbell, right? That character was a thing on sites for a little bit if it's the right one.

At least this time I wasn't on a ship in the middle of the ocean this time? That happened, I had to stay on a ship three weeks in the middle of the ocean on a job. That was fun.ย Right, one would think someone who held one other job in her life which was sitting down, and the rest was never doing anything ever would pick something easier. But let me tell you, I like muscular body types for more than just my sexual interest, I aspire for that type. Now I will never be as tall as Weaver me, but I can at least get toned.
Yes, this is fine by me. I will be much freer, I don't really work the way normal people do, I do the job I'm assigned to do, which often spans a large portion of time, which is why I go absent for a month sometimes, get paid, then am free for whatever time I have until I'm called in again. So I work for a long time, then have a long time of break. So I'll be able to transition easily for a good while, don't worry!

That is about how I envisioned it, yeah. As we both established, tip-toeing around feelings gets you nowhere. We are both more to-the-point characters. So why not simply use that?
Sometimes you don't need an overly complex scenario to be incredibly sexual. Lahkura is a big girl, her chest is massive, her hips are wide, she had enough weight to crush someone. Now add to that the fact she has immense strength. It'd be hard to break free from her hold on any level. Weavers can do Weaver things sure, but I don't know how much I'd ACTUALLY fight if someone like her just yanked me up and pressed herself into me.
Oh I think I understand now. Because one can't grow if they can just vanish away all the problems. That's a fair assessment. A Weaver can just do away with anything that is problematic, leading them to never having to actually grow and become stronger on their own physical level. All right, that seems legitimate. All right, I'll accept that position, but only if you have her tower over me and pressing her breasts into me incredibly hard while proposing it. Squish me, press hard into me. While she's about five inches taller than me, her breasts are much wider than mine. She could basically pin me against something with her chest alone. Though anything else added would be just gravy. Again, go wild.ย
Wait, explain how that vow equates to her romantic interests? Are you saying like, if I want to be her girlfriend I can't use my abilities? Would that not completely hinder almost everything I can do, since even something simple like summoning Longinus is dependent on my abilities to conjure as a Weaver? And that would also inhibit my ability to continue to be the super hero style character I have been since I came into my role as a Weaver.
