Melody is the second to the youngest out of 4 children in the Maxwell family. They've been struggling financially for years after the business of her father fell due to corporate meddling. Her mother and her elder siblings are doing their best to carry the burden. Soon, Melody herself would want to join, heartbroken by the strife her family has been put through.
Melody finds solace in practicing her violin and dancing while doing so. It's therapeutic to do so while all alone. However, this feat, she does show in public too. They're more of charity performances than a means to make a career out of. However, Melody has been encouraged by family and friends to pursue it, if she won't do so being a gymnast -- a talent she later uses in being a stunt double for shows and films requiring impressive agility, maybe even motion capture.

~ Pugilism ~
Melody is a fan of Jujitsu and Muay Thai. She considers her own level of those martial arts to be awfully novice. She has connections to provide her tips on honing them into something worthwhile for display. Of course, she would and should use them only for discipline of the body and the mind and for self-defense, never for superiority and vengeance.
~ Agility ~
Melody is quite nimble. Using the experience she has from her failed gymnastics career and her recurring role as a stunt double to make end's meet, the woman has an impressive prowess to leap from one point in space to another, albeit still in human level. However, with her limits removed, Melody can leap from the street ground up and past the peak tip of the Empire's State Building. Her superhuman agility also makes her an evasive combatant should she engage in physical conflict. Combine this with her physical attacks, she can deliver devastating blows.
~ Sound Manipulation ~
Using a string instrument, Melody can unleash certain results that would be considered unnatural from a human's perception of things. This ranges removing any sound within a certain area of effect, affecting the senses of certain targets who/that require audio to function well -- even the subconscious -- to creating constructs out of nothing. This all depends on her focus and what energy she has to spare.

Stuff always takes time to make, regardless of your own personal approach(es) towards responses that makes you prompt in it. If my slowness from responding back is bothersome to you, you're welcome to remove me from your friends list, alright?
~~ I write from single paragraph to novella. I'm just not personally interested in one-line and semi-para role-play formats. But I do one-line and semi-para during stream role-plays, so that can be a thing to pursue too.
~~ Please practice decent grammar. Yes, I'll be making grammatical mistakes myself. It's just part of being human who keeps on learning as one grows older. But we should be able to catch much of our typographical mistakes before publishing them, shouldn't we? Proofread your stuff more than once. Listen to your own writing by reading it out loud. You may find more mistakes and weird-sounding lines than you'd think from your first or second draft.
~~ I am a multi-shipper. Whatever romantic relationship our character has, it stays and belongs only in our role-play(s) -- not outside of any. You give me an extensive attitude OOC hinting your jealousy and immaturity because I pay more attention to one other person who isn't you, I will end our role-play and then remove you asap. Grow up. My connections are for story-telling purposes, not because you personally feel like you own my character or me for that matter.
