1: My rp lengths usually vary from Paragraph to Multi-Paragraph. I am selective on Novella because I reserve that for those I am close to because they prove they won't ignore or leave me when I want to rp.
2: Treat me with respect ooc and we will get along just fine. Don't and we won't. Simple.
3: If you contribute nothing to a story discussion and try to rush me for a starter, you're gone.
4: Don't rush me. I won't rush you because I understand Rl is a thing and people see rp as a hobby. So treat me with the same mindset.
5: I am selective with mature themes and dark themes. They are accepted, and not required with me to do a rp. If that bothers you, get over it. I am not asking you for either and who I rp with and how I rp with them is my business. Not your's. Grow up.
6: I don't edit for people unless I am close to them. I don't like editing for someone to abandon the character right after. It wastes my time and I hate that.
7: No hallmark themed rps. I hate them. If you don't know what that is, then ask.
8: If you have issues with something, talk to me like an adult. I am an adult and a myspace vet, showing years of experience. For that, I am not some elitist asshole and happy to talk things out if there is an issue.
9: I don't like that "You add you start" crap. It gives people a reason to be lazy and not add people. Grow up! You obviously want to write, so be open to starting too. I am open to starting, but I hate this lazy shit people do just to avoid not having to send one.

I'm a dragon. So I know what treasure is. Treasure is more than just objects...
Nox is a being in shadowfell known as a shadow dragon. They were a race known to be created by dragons residing here in the realm for a period of time or born through other pure shadow dragons. Nox was hatched from a Turquoise dragon turned shadow dragon over a period of time. While most of the dragons hatched were of previous turquoise origin, he was the only shadow dragon out of the batch. So he was favored by the former turquoise dragon, seeing they adapted the shadow dragon mentality to only favor those born as a shadow dragon.
Wandering through the realm, he was taught the way to fight as a shadow dragon. They werenโt physically stronger than the other dragons of the realms, so they were known to use underhanded and sneaky tactics to achieve victory. Their goal was to survive, as their power increased as they grow older. They would use their flames to drain their target or revive the dead as their servants to fight in their stead.
As Nox grew older, he became stronger to be able to handle his abilities and even learn to take a more humanoid form as time went. Noxโs curiosity came to pass when he wandered the realm. He was always finding things not native to the realms, such as weapons, tools, books, treasures, etc. The dragon that raised him told him about other realms out in the world that had all types of treasures in their realms, making curious for Nox to learn more about these realms, thinking he could find treasures new to him. The issue was though, how would Nox find these realms?
As Nox grew old enough, the one who raised him had split from Nox, seeing he was old enough to handle himself in the realm, knowing when to fight and when not to. So Nox went to search the ruins for a relic or parchment that could allow him to traverse the realms, seeing the only exits were often blocked by powerful creatures that want to prey on the weak fleeing to the realms. He knew he couldnโt handle the beasts in a fight, even with his underhanded tactics, so hoped ruins had something that could help.
One evening, he found himself exploring some ruins of a race that had left the realm for mysterious reasons. Seeing the rumors told them they had relics that allowed them to traverse realms, he thought it would be his best place to find clues. He explored the ruins only to find a powerful group of beasts in the ruins. As hard as he fought, he was forced to flee deeper into the ruins, where he found himself trapped in a large area of ruins that appeared to be ready to collapse at a momentโs notice. He had to dive deeper though, seeing there was no other option of escape.
When he made his way into the heart of the dungeons, the creatures caused the room to begin collapsing. Rushing to the other end, he found himself in room where they appeared to have all types of relics at some point, but found nothing there now. That was, until one of the pillars came crashing down through one of the walls, sending a ring to roll his way on the ground that was breaking under him. He reached for it before the ground fell open upon him. He turned to his dragon form to fly but hit by rubble, forcing him to revert back and began freefalling into the dark abyss of the ruins. Seeing the ring, he could sense the magical aura coming from it and grabbed it. Slipping it on his finger, it glowed and it seemed to know what he was thinking , thinking he wanted to be anywhere but here. Before he knew it, he vanished, the ruins becoming completely destroyed.
When he finally reappeared, he found himself collapsed on the ground with a sky above him he wasnโt used to seeing. Looking around, he found there were other things he hasnโt seen before. It looks like the ring had transferred him to another realm, just like he wanted. He had no idea where he appeared though, so with the new realm ahead, he decided to head to the new world.

Abilities
1. Illusion magic: Shadow dragons are more physically weaker than your average dragon, for that reason, they favor illusion magic to engage in under-handed tactics to win a fight. This can result in all types of trickery.
2. Vitality flame: Nox emits a purple and turquoise colored flame that, when engulfed in a target, will drain their life energy, either weakening them severely, or killing them. Also can be used to sap the magic from other items and potentially gain a temporary boost to his power.
3. Necromancy: While his flames can kill the living, he can use those same flames to revitalize the dead to serve under him, either as servants or pawns in his schemes to acquire treasure.
4. Shapeshifting: While his forms are limited, Nox can turn into the following
A: Humanoid form
B: Drow form aka dark elf
c: Dragon form
5: As a true dragon, the older Nox becomes, the powerful he can become in terms of vision and hearing, even to the points he can see in the dark and gain blindsense, the ability to sense that which couldn't be seen, namely invisible people and objects.
6: High resistence to both magic spells, non magical physical attacks and life sapping effects.
Weaknesses
1: While they rely on underhanded means to strike their enemies, Nox is physically weaker than other dragons, so in a battle of pure strength with a dragon, he is outmatched.
2: Can only take limited damage to magically enhanced physical items.
3: When flying, he is slower than most dragons.
4: Can be distracted by things he deems as treasure, from a person to a shiny bobble. If he sees it as treasure, it can easily distract him.
5: While his flames can drain energy, they will not burn someone, so they won't cause burns, but too much contact will drain life energy and kill them.
