About me: Her being resurrected had some irreversible effects that she had to contend with to keep herself from returning to hell, making a deal with a Makaioshin during her travels changed her into a type of Genie, the strongest class called a Marid.
Marid:
The Arabic word meaning rebellious is applied to such supernatural beings.
Marids are the most powerful type of demons summoned by magicians, these creatures are said to be extremely powerful and had not been seen for centuries. marids are magical beings who can eat anything without issue and can convert it to refuel lost magic,they obviously have the power to grant wishes, but only to someone who can wrestle or beat them to submission. Then and only then will she grant them 3 wishes.
Zangya has long, curly orange hair, bluish skin, blue eyes, and pointed ears. She wears a white jacket and pants with gold buckles, gold, pointed necklace and earrings, a blue undershirt, black pull-on sleeves, a purple sash, with yellow and black boots.
Zangya is cruel and merciless. Zangya is characterized as "a deadly beauty"
Personality:
Zangya, despite her harmless look, is quite a destructive and merciless alien. She is abusive to those she fights and will often drag out a fight to make the other person suffer if she deems so.
After her ressurection, she doesn't trust anybody and will push anybody away who gets tries to get too close to her in fear that she will suffer the same fate she did years ago. And because of that, she is extremely paranoid and even delusional at times. Any Heran she comes across will most likely get a weird look from her as if they did something wrong.
She holds a grudge against her own race, blaming them for everything that had happened to her. Though her sanity is questionable, even more so now, she will team up with the heroes if it benefits her in some way.
A few other traits she also has are that she doesn't back down from a fight unless she is clearly outmatched, she cares somewhat about how she looks and thinks its only use is to manipulate other people, and despite wanting to keep a low profile, she still commits crimes in order to gain her own profit or prizes.
History:
Most of Zangya's life has envolved much genocide and death. She had been one of the last remaining of her kind after a terrible incident occured on her home planet that forced her to leave the planet.
Despite the destruction of her people, she felt that there was no need to mourn them and lived by herself on a foreign planet for quite some time. But one day, Bojack and his platoon of Galaxy Warriors appeared on the planet, and they eventually took her away from the peace that she had grown to be familiarized with.
Bojack brainwashed her and made her lust for death and destruction grow, and soon she was just like the rest of the Galaxy Soldiers. Pledging her allegiance to them and then alone, she became involved in their genocidal attacks.
But after the Kaioshins realized the chaos that they were creating across the galactic quadrants were threatening the universe itself, they sealed all of the Galaxy Soldiers within a star so that they wouldn't be able to cause anymore damage.
After thousands of years sealed away, they were finally freed by the explosion that Cell created, which effectively killed King Kai and his planet and completely destroyed the link that way keeping them from coming back. To make matters worse, the clashing of Gohan and Cell attracted the Bojack and his Mercenaries on the planet itself.
When they arrived on Earth, a World Tournament was commencing that the Z-Fighters were entering. Zangya, along with all the other galaxy soldiers, crashed the competition and sought to eliminate the warriors of the planet so hey nothing could get in the way of their conquest.
It came to the point where an entire battle royale broke out between the world saviors and the destructive mercenaries. Zangya herself was able to fend off the Saiyans with the help of her comrades and it looked as if they were going to win. That was until Gohan unleashed his Super Saiyan 2 form.
Zangya was the only one who wasn't foolish enough to be in the way of the young Saiyan, but she ended up paying for it as Bojack stabbed her in the back and killed her in an attempt to defeat him, but he would soon meet his own end as well.
Because of her prior deeds, she was sent to Hell by King Yemma, where she completely avoided the other Galaxy Soldiers. She thought that she would live the rest of her life in anger and paranoia, but luckily, she got a second chance.
After years of being stuck in Hell, she was able to escape once Janemba distorted and cut the connection to the living world and Otherworld. She thought she could find the one whom had killed her and her crew, but as soon as she saw how much stronger He had become she insted fled.
Not knowing what to do next, she was now trapped on a planet that hates her and was waiting for her to die once again. But there was something stopping her from leaving: Bojack.
Thus, she waited for the Heran to come back and make himself known so that she could have her vengeance and make him feel sorry for ever betraying her. But unknown to her he was promptly sent back to hell, deciding to now live for herself she wanders aimlessly.

There is a way, but you'll have to pay...I can get what I call Mortal Wishes, it's when I ask for something from the one whom wants more wishes and if they comply I rest the contract and you get more wishes. For example let's say you use up your first 3 on whatever, and you want more I'll say something like (That weapon you carry around, give it to me.) Its something they can actually do for me and if I'm compensated so are you. In return for more wishes the thing you sacrificed cannot be reclaimed by a new wish, call it payment security
