Biography:
In the past, the world was split between monsters and humankind. Astraea does not remember that time. When she was a child, things changed. Humans became wary, and violent towards those that did not match their species. Monsters of every variety were persecuted, pushed out of the cities where they lived into the wastelands, seas, and anywhere they could find solitude. She was born to a well off Scylla family, and they raised her protectively until she was a teen, when her parents were struck down by a group of armored hunters who'd delved into their home.
Now, over a decade later, Astraea has managed to grow stronger and stronger, looking for why this change has happened, why her parents were struck down, and just what has made them do as they've done.
She leads a small group of monsters, and her strikes into the inner cities of Humanity have lead to her being wanted desperately by the human rulers for execution.
