About me: Tobi is a former shrine keeper who was captured by raiders and had to watch as they burnt his shine to the ground. From there he was used and passed around the various raiders camps before he was able to escape into the world, but since his shine was now gone he had to find other ways to get energy from people to keep himself alive.
