About ◆ - ◇ - ◈ Zeni is a full-fledged slayer, but she often feels like she is not enough, her sordid past a thing of great turmoil within her heart. With her thunder breathing, she often feels like it's not really her victory. She is, after all, asleep for it most of the time. But she intends on changing this. She had people she wanted to protect these days.
◆ - ◇ - ◈ Zeni doesn't have a family, not a true one. But she has made a few friends. And she's gained a very important thing: a teacher. Who knows how or why Sanemi decided Zeni had potential. Or even how he had the patients for her, either. But this is a brand new beginning for her.

◆ - ◇ - ◈ Zeni grew up in the city and is quite progressive amongst her friends. She has a lot of knowledge about the customs and things brought to Japan in this era.
◆ - ◇ - ◈ Before Zeni was taken in to become a slayer under Gramps, she was nearly sold off to a brothel to pay a debt that was not hers.
◆ - ◇ - ◈ She has a few quirky hobbies: Tea making, soap making, and she sews. She loves making little dolls in particular.
Some basic info
Appearance: Zeni has droopy golden yellow eyes that are often downcast. She has bright blond hair, which becomes a dark orange at the ends, and she is often in braided pigtails. And she is very pale. Her normal attire is a paler brown version of the standard Demon Slayer uniform: a dark brown gakuran jacket, a white belt around her waist, and a matching skirt. (though sometimes she will opt for a long-skirted version). Her signature white-triangle patterned, yellow, and orange gradient haori. Zeni also sports a pair of Kyahan, tied at the front in 3 white bows, with the same pattern as her haori, pale brown tabi socks, and white-laced zōri. Sometimes, she will opt for long white victorian styled boots.s
Personality: Zeni is a little different from her male counterpart. She is a little meeker, and she isn't quite a pervert. Don't get me wrong, she'd a bundle of affection and cannot keep her hands to herself, but they are good-natured actions rather than ones that are specifically sexual. She's also a bit more level-headed, preferring not to start unnecessary fights. That doesn't mean they won't happen, but she's more apt to be verbal about it instead of combative. She's a friendly enough girl. And she is pretty cowardly, specifically when it comes to dark places.
Zeni longs for a family. With Jogoro gone, she had nobody but Kaigaku left. And Kaigaku seems to hate her guts. Zeni had always considered him her brother, but the feeling was clearly never mutual. However, she will reference him as her brother when she talks about him. Maybe it's out of a desperate need to belong to, well, anyone at all.
Let's face it, Zeni is a coward through and through. She has low self-esteem and is fairly easy to trick. She cries often and tends to run away at the slightest mention of danger. Despite this, she wants to live up to what others expect of her and will try hard if she really needs to. She admires the bravery of her fellow slayers. Like her male counterpart, she can be a bit boy crazy, though she's only been aggressive about others doing the same if she thinks someone was trying to push her to the wayside.
