Pantalone, also known by his codename "Regrator," is the Ninth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is the wealthiest of all the Harbingers, but has a unique understanding of wealth and has an agenda which revolves around making Snezhnaya the "heart that pumps money around the world."

History
Pantalone was born into poverty and was never able to receive a Vision. This made him question why gods held dominion over so many aspects of life and gave him a deep desire to obtain wealth for himself.
He is currently in charge of Snezhnaya's economic policies. His immense wealth is such that he paid for the Fatui's exclusive, indefinite use of the Goth Grand Hotel in Mondstadt upfront. When Bao'er saw the kinds of business transactions Landa was making on Pantalone's behalf, she warns the Traveler against trying to find out more about it. Tartaglia describes him as extremely ambitious.
Present Day
Pantelone doesn't go out much and tends to keep himself within the safety of Snezhnayan. He has plenty of pawns who go out to do his biddings however so he doesn't miss a good opportunity to make more money. Very little is known what other sorts of dealings he is into as he doesn't indulge his thoughts or plans with but a few. A very small few.
Personality
Cool headed he searches for ways to increase his wealth whether it be with coin or assets. Holding other's loans up his sleeves for uses later, Pantelone doesn't always request that the loans be paid back in coin. Many times he seeks out favors. Depending on the needs at the time or one's he see's can happen later down the road determines what favor he wishes. Only those in the Fatui are free from these lucrative deals he makes as it's to benefit the group.
