Hazel runs an Organization called, Lunar's Grace, which is a merchant group who goes around selling anything they can. It is not clear how Hazel got so many connections to get anyone, anything they wanted. Which is mostly as Hazel refuses to even tell people how she did it.
Hazel is a mysterious person as she tends to hand off a bell if you enter a special contract with her. Upon entering the contract, she is the very first person you have to call if you find something new you wish to sell. The bell she gives out is a direct line to her Organization but if you earn her favor she will give you a bell that will call her personally.
