Canonical My Hero Academia
Initially born without a "quirk" to call his own, Izuku nevertheless grew up with aspirations to become a superhero in his own right. Izuku has a chance encounter with Toshinori Yagi, otherwise known as All Might, and asks him if he too could be a hero, even though he possesses no Quirk. All Might, after he ends up revealing his true appearance, tells him in response to dream more realistically and to consider becoming a police officer. Later, when an unnamed villain with mud-like liquid abilities attacks Katsuki, Izuku without proper thought, runs up to try and save him, which in turn gives the worn-out All Might the motivation to finish off the villain. Later, an impressed All Might meets up with Izuku and tells him that he wants him to inherit his quirk "One for All".
A.U of Izuku becoming a Support Student, instead of Pro Hero
On a day just like any other, Izuku decided to stand up to his friend Katsuki and try and protect a kid they were bullying. It was going as usual, Kaachan yelling at him why he was trying to be a hero when he had nothing to even protect his fellow classmate. Frustration from the weeks of bullying not only him, but other kids in their class who Kaachan called weak finally cause the green hair boy to tell his friend.
"Kacchan… heroes help people, not hurt them. What you're doing... it's not right. You're acting like a villain."
Those few words changed his life.
All the boy could remember was a loud explosion, immediately followed up with screams from people within the vicinity as well as Katsuki crying and apologizing profusely over and over again.
Izuku didn't wake up until the next day, and was distressed to see he no longer had a right arm (If you don't want that, I will settle with burns on his face). His mother didn't hesitate to pull him out of the school, not wanting Kaachan to be anywhere near him. She also up and moved him and her to somewhere else.
Three years has passed since that incident. It had taken Izuku almost a year to get use to using his left arm and since then, the boy has slowly given up his dreams of being a hero. However, his spirted burned bright. Even if he couldn't go out and save people, he was determined to make a difference and if was being someone who could make gear to help Hero's save lives, then that's something he'd accept.

Behind the Hero!
Personality: Sana is a mostly shy and timid girl, but is prone to emotional outbursts, or occasionally forgetting her 'shyness' whenever she feels passionately about something, albiet its typically quite short lived, and she immediately feels embarressed. She enjoys a wide genre of music, and enjoys helping people how ever she can, even if it's helping them to get healthy, or peptalking them whenever they feel down, even if she wasn't very good at it. Granted, after years of peer abuse as a child, it is quite difficult to break her from her shell, but if you manage too, you will find no more loyal of a friend!
Interests: Sana enjoys all kinds of music, as well as shopping, gaming(video and table-top), Medical Studies, learning new things, and spending time with her friends!
Dreams: More than anything, she aspires to be a hero that can help her friends become the most perfect versions of themselves as they can, in their own eyes, and to make sure they never get or remain injured. She would see to it, that her friends lived longer than herself, that was her goal!
Favorite Food: Beef Bowl! Though, she loves most salty, and sour foods/candies! Isn't a fan of sweet-tasting meats.
Quirk
Quirk Class: Emitter
Quirk: Cellular Manipulation: or Heal or Harm, as she named it. Heal Or Harm is an Emitter Class Quirk that allows Ms. Ying-Yang to manipulate her cells in such a way that she is able to insert her cells into an individual who has sustained damage allowing her to heal their injuries at an accelerated rate, however one the opposite end of the spectrum she is capable of using the cells she insert and use them to forcibly extract a targets cells to cause them damage. Doing this however causes immense physical strain upon her body and using her Quirk for long periods of time will cause her immune system to be drastically lowered and make her majorly susceptible to infection. People recounting the effects of her later power recounted on 'Pain so unimaginable, I was paralyzed until she released me.' Once her mental barrier has been broken, it will be determined she can use the Cells she steals from her opponent in a number of temporary, and permanent ways, to enhance herself, or to someone else she touches with her 'Heal' hand during/immediately after.
