Johnny aka Kevin Rozzo, is the son Giovonni, and Delia, and the step brother of Ash Ketchum. He is a high ranked Team Rocket member in Johto region becoming a Team Rocket Boss, all the while believing that he was only taking the spot long enough for his father to regain his position. He is the guy they bring in when the team rocket grunts, an Executives are being overwhelmed turn up and coming trainers that are trying to stop their plans. Johnny is a Team Rocket legend like his father, his pokรฉmon battle skills are AAA+ tier. Maybe even more so since he is able to used two pokรฉmon at once in battles. Johnny have a sense of honor in some respect, but he's still a villain just like his father and he has no problem doing underhanded things in order to steal pokรฉmon! Johnny had faced many rival criminal organizations, such as The Pokemon Police force Multiple times, Team Galactic, Team Plasma, and Neo Team Plasma.
