Lilo's story is much different then from her sisters, her life her mother didnt toss her out like she did her older sister but instead kept her, could say she raised her well but just enough to keep her alive, you see her mother only loved one child and it was tizuki and Lilo's older brother because he was a demon that did what he wanted and gave his mother the life she wanted treating her like a queen, All lilo was to her mother was help for around the house to clean, cook anything she was nothing more then a maid to her. and when men came calling for her mother she would toss lilo in their way, luckily they never got that far with touching her nor did she have to stay in that life too long.
by the time lilo was 16 Tizuki had finally found her and took her away from her mother, with the help if a demon named lilth Lilo was reunited with her sister. She moved in with sister for a short time but the friendship she gained with Lilth grew fast and they became best friends. but they didnt live fair from Tizuki as well as those Tizuki said were family and friend they could trust Jay and Kaoru.
