Depending on where his timeline is for hair length, generally Teru has a head full of messy or spiky light blonde hair. His dark blue eyes are often droopy with disinterest, but his gaze is calculative with a noticeable sparkle in them. Very bored, very disarming.
Self-grooming is a must, he takes a lot of joy and pride in tending to his nails, eyebrows, eyelashes and pretty much anything else he notices at the time. One could call it girly, Teru calls it being pretty. Though despite his affinity towards self-grooming, his life does not revolve around it, as he is only somewhat of a priss.
When not wearing his school uniform, Teru often chooses to wear obnoxiously bright or "ugly" clothes with no shame. He likes being noticed for what he wears, and he'll wear pretty much anything he can get his hands on.
He likes the comfort, and sticking to a specific style is rarely on his mind: attention is all the same to him no matter what he wears.
personality
Teru is naturally inclined to narcissism, though he tries very hard to better himself every day, it is a constant struggle.
Before his "redemption" as he calls it, Teru was a very cruel and violent person.
Power-crazed, having zero sympathy in his brain and greatly overestimating his own importance and power. He would use his powers to benefit himself, such as making himself more popular or stealing.
The
years of having no adults in his life and fending for himself most likely encouraged this type of bad behavior, as well as dangerous adults targeting him for his psychic powers.
If he does not constantly monitor his behavior closely, it's easy for him to slip back into old cruel habits, such as torturing someone for information. Even now, he'll just do whatever comes to mind to satisfy his ego under the false idea that he truly is a different person now.
But his effort is not in vain: he learns and befriends every day, he is truly beginning to learn sympathy. In short, Teru does not believe he is a good person yet, but he is trying. Even if it's fake, he tries to show concern and help others out now, giving advice and even rushing to someone elses aid. It's what his friend would want for him, it's what he wants for himself. He'll learn eventually.

Teruki was born and raised in an unknown part of Seasoning City- or at least somewhere very close to it. Exact middle child of N████ and A█████ Hanazawa. And although he currently lives completely alone, his family had been quite large, consisting of five children in total.
In order of oldest to youngest, J█████, K█████, Teruki, D████ and M█████.
Due to having such a large family, Teru is naturally inclined to want to be around other people even if they don't particularly get along: he needs people to function. More times than not he'll choose to stay around people he doesn't really like just so he can He is also quite close to his cousins on his fathers side, the G█████ family. Both of the mentioned families he has not seen in 3+ years (assuming he is at his base age, 14.)
Teru had lead a life of resentment and mistreatment, some accidental and some intentional acts of abuse on some fronts with Teru as the victim. This caused Teru to start developing a complex of superiority, where he believed he had to suffer these 'trials' in order to be the main character of the world. The more pain he dealt with, the 'better' things would be later in life and the stronger he would get. This only gets fueled by the fact he never meets another esper until he's in middleschool. Essentially, his complex is ingrained as a coping mechanism turned violent.
meeting Shigeo
They met during a very violent incident- of which Teru was the main villain. Violent, merciless, uncontrollable, he went on a rampage. He had to prove he was still at the top of his hierarchy, above all others. Honestly, Teruki doesn't like remembering it. It makes him feel terrible and depressed- but meeting Shigeo saved his life according to Teruki. He was on a very dark path, and was bound to only lose himself further before nothing but bad was left behind. Teruki is very grateful to know Shigeo, and he tries to be a better person like him every day.
For the first time in a long time, Teruki is happy. Teruki gives all of the praise to Shigeo for helping him, though he should give himself a little praise for trying so hard. He still struggles with things, like loneliness.
seasoning city
Teruki currently lives in Seasoning City, Japan. If you wish for the roleplay to take place there, you need to decide if you want to be there via natural means or supernatural: are they a tourist, a new neighbor? Or did some kind of creature/event send them to his universe/part of the world?
If Teruki is in your characters universe, I will have to decide if I want him to be there of his own natural means (again, touristing or on some kind of trip), or supernatural (via portal or evil spirits doing.)
My other options are making my own mini verses for him, such as making him a different species to suit your universe, making him a pokemon trainer, or giving him a quirk to fit the bnha universe, stuff like that, you know? We'll discuss it when we message eachother, but these are the pre-established options we have. You're more than welcome to bring your own suggestions up for either character, though I am a fan of making Teru from the mp100 universe go into other universes. Example: He is from his own universe, but if you rp a pokemon trainer, he could have come out of an ultra wormhole and be considered a 'human ultrabeast' or something.

I don't really like to give a lot of information out about me, you can just call me Teru until we get to know eachother. I don't often give my discord out, but I might.
