Notable and Unique Techniques
Dōjutsu(瞳術, Eye Techniques) Kamiumi (神産み) - Kamiumi is comparable to the Sharingan's Genjutsu prowess. However this Technique is no illusion and is quite real. With a look in the eye through Iki's Mangekyo Sharingan a surge of Chakra sends the Eye of Hypnotism of the Sharingan into a level of overdrive that those not casting it from the eye of Iki would theoretically explode from sheer strain before it even takes effect.
- Once it is initiated, Kamiumi is quite literally able to undo any memory within the victim's mind. Essentially granting the power of the user to erase every piece of information down to sheer motor skills. This also extends to creating a new set of routines which is best put as reprogramming the target and letting the user recreate them however seen fit.
- Due to the sheer power of this effect, the eye it is cast from loses the ability to activate the Sharingan itself for some two to three weeks. Even then the user can only rise to the three tomoe state while to regain use of the Mangekyo would take three months. The ability itself requires ten years (Real or Roleplay time) to recharge though one may force it to activate before this time comes but will seal the eye just as Izanagi and Izanami do.
Hitei: Shinra Banshō (否定・森羅万象, Negative: Power of All Creation) - As a Technique of the Rinnegan and born in the eyes of Iki Uchiha, this power does originate from the Deva Path.
- The Shinra Banshō utilizes both the attractive and repulsive forces typically employed. Much like the Chibaku Tensei, the Shinra Banshō travels by an orb-like shape. However it is like the Mind-Transfer Technique of the Yamanaka Clan in the fact it is invisible and slow moving
- Being struck by the Technique is overly catastrophic to the victim. While nowhere near as destructive to the world itself as Shinra Tensei or Chibaku Tensei are it still delivers a payload on a much more precise scale to one target. Each and ever cell in the target's body are subjected to a total polar shift in their makeup and is characterized by the target's body glowing with cracks upon their person much like Edo Tensei beings. Quickly following being struck and the glow taking hold, each cell will then violently explode outward and undo the atomic bond that held their structure together. Essentially this quite literally reduces the target to but a pile of the exact ingredients used in their body's makeup.
Chakra Receiver Evolved (チャクラの受信機進化, Chakura no Jushinki Shinka) - As a milestone of mastery of the Rinnegan Iki has improved upon the basic ability of producing Chakra Receivers.
- Through a degree of expertly leveled Chakra Control Iki advanced the way in which a Chakra Receiver could be shaped beyond simple Stakes or Rods. This allows the black metal-like substance to be formed in the shape of other weapons such as blades, axes, kunai and other tools. As a preference Iki employs this technique to often create his weapon of choice, a scythe with two blades.
- The weapons created through this Technique still retain the same properties as the generic Chakra Receivers.
Katon (火遁, Fire Release) Hungering Flame (干乾し炎 Hiboshihonō) - One of the Technique's first made was the Hungering Flame when the peaceful teaching of the Sage were weaponized. This was not made by those seeking to harm others, but rather those who followed the way of the Sage to combat those who turned to using Chakra as a weapon.
- The Technique itself is simple as it merely devours Chakra in a brilliant blue flame, growing ever larger the more it consumes. This is only to techniques that allow Chakra to be 'free', primarily any Technique used.
- Physically harmless, the flames may latch onto people but will do no physical damage nor drain Chakra within them unless they begin to mold it outward with Techniques. As such, things like that of the Eight Gates, 'Armor' Techniques, Tailed Beast Shrouds or Chakra Cloaks that open the Chakra Network from the outside of the body to the in will be siphoned of Chakra at a dangerous and near certainly fatal rate.
- As all fires need fuel to burn, the blue flames will die out if not fed. This makes the Technique rather easy to deal with by simply waiting it out for a few moments.
Breath of Kagutsuchi (Iki no Kagutsuchi, 息の加具土命) - The Breath of Kagutsuchi is perhaps the most terrifying of Iki's Fire Release Techniques. As a starting point the heat of the Technique the flame burns at some five-thousand Celsius.
- Burning with a white hot flame, those with Ocular enhancements may be capable of seeing the shape of millions or billions of tiny dragon-like shapes within the flame.
- Collateral damage for this Technique is abnormally high for it is flame given in it's purest state. As such, the immense amount of Chakra that fueled it creates somewhat of a 'beam' sent to snake through whatever it had been pointed at.
Burst (Harertsu, 破裂) - While highly versed in the mechanics of Space-Time Techniques, Burst is perhaps the only Technique akin to such that is deployed by Iki in combat.
- Despite being a Space-Time Ninjutsu it also classifies as a Fire Release Technique due to the factor that a minor burst of fire expels from the user during departure and arrival at a location.
- While typically a Space-Time Technique works over a virtually limitless range, Burst operates solely in five-to-ten foot increments.
Blazing Fist (火拳, Hiken) - While not a Jutsu, Hiken is an adaption brought about by mimicking the Hyuga Clan's Gentle Fist fighting style.
- Much like the Gentle Fist it is based on, there is an exertion of chakra when a blow is made. Rather than disrupt the internal Chakra Network like the Hyuuga, Hiken has a far different approach.
- On contact there is a flash of fire on the target's surface, one enough to peel skin or even burn down to muscle if conditions were met. This Fighting Style is without a doubt a demonized variant of the Hyuuga's graceful style... However sometimes people like seeing the damage outside instead of within.
Inton (陰遁, Yin Release) Phantom Edge (幻端 Maboshi) - Devised as a non-letal Technique, the Phantom Edge falls directly into line of a Genjutsu. By use of Chakra Flow the user pours Yin Chakra from their hands and create constructs visually identical to any object desired. This may be as simple as a kunai or as complex as imitating another Jutsu. No constructs exist on the physical plane and will pass through physical objects.
- As it is an illusion, there will never be physical damage. However whatever the user crafts as a construct it will imitate the pain and damage done by such a thing. IE; a Kunai piercing through will cause feelings akin to being stabbed through-and-through by a blade while imitating a flame will give varying degrees of burning pain.
Numbing Haze (麻酔靄 Masumoya) - Straight forward with the obvious, this is an Illusion that takes on a mist-like form, more close to a haze in thickness. This Technique functions on a... unusually complex level compared to the prior Technique or any Illusion employed by Iki.
- First and foremost upon initiation is typically when the victim sees the haze itself, which 'solidifies' its existence. Following afterwords is when it makes contact with the skin. This effect is perhaps the most devastating as it, by namesake, begins numbing the skin. All sensation based on touch is otherwise rendered cut off.
- Closely after contact, their comes the effect of inhalation. As it makes way through the body it will do to it as it does the skin, numbing it. As most detrimental body functions are based on touch one could literally overly inhale and burst due to a lack of feeling in their lungs to signal fullness.
- Prolonged exposure and inhalation of the haze will begin shutdown of the body, again, typically in the lungs but most often first in the eyes as vision will be lost quickly. Muscles followed, then consciousness would fade as the heart itself would start to slow under belief of a Total Organ System Failure. By extension and origination, no oxygen flowing through the blood to the brain will result in death. This was odd as Genjutsu is by nature usually non-lethal, though this only does true damage if long exposure is maintained.
 Yōton (陽遁, Yang Release) Unnatural Restoration (人工的回復 Jinkōfuku) - Far from viable in combat, the Technique merely imbues targets with Yang Chakra to revitalize them. This extends to accelerated Plant growth, rapid healing far beyond even that of an Uzumaki's recuperation time, sustaining a target from mortal damage or halting cell death, restoring/maintaining youth and various other uses.
Material Shift (素ずれ Sozure) - Material Shift is rather simplistic. By anchoring Yang Chakra deep into an area the user can bond it together momentarily by a orb-like manner. This was akin to condensing various object of various sizes into one small construct by a bond.
- The bonded material would not stay together for long as they could not exist so compressed naturally. With the ball-like container was hurled it would 'detonate' at the users willing point or upon striking something.
- Uses for this Technique are few and far between but one such use was to gather materials to form a make-shift wall or barrier of materials on might otherwise be unable to move. IE; chunks of metal that need moving and bonding together.
Onmyōton (陰陽遁, Yin-Yang Release) Momentary Existence (儚い在 Hakazai) - By clasping both hands together the user makes their being 'flexible' as things such as Kunai, blades or generally all physical attacks phase through. This is done by the Yang Chakra maintaining life and shifting cells around the projectile while the Yin Chakra dulls the mind's pain to nonexistence.
- There are two dominant flaws with this Technique. First of the two is the Chakra usage of this Technique is obscenely high and can quickly drain even the highest of reserves. Secondly, explosions at the site of where the user stands will scatter their particles in an attempt to 'dodge' the attacks sent.
Strife (競作, Kyōsaku) - Like many techniques, Strife's inspiration comes from the Tailed Beast, specifically their Technique called the Tailed Beast Bomb.
- In it's preparatory stage Strife is formed by the user posing one hand out with their palm up as if to hold a ball of sorts. Yin and Yang Chakra then flow as a river, spiraling the two together. It's readied state is like that of an embryo, a sphere of shifting liquid; an opaque outer layer centered by a pitch black core.
- Propelling to a target, impact created... an unnatural effect in which the way things once were, were no longer as such. Strife creates a distorted field that yanks, tears, shifts and rends every ounce of material caught within and 'shuffles' it around. Needless to say, living targets could be found in... several places at once after all was said and done.
死 Reaper Techniques (死術, Shinijutsu) Harvest (刈る, Karu) - Harvest is the first step to using Reaper Techniques. It operates in the same manner of typical Sage Mode in which it gathers Natural/Life Energy.
- As opposed to the usual gathering of Natural Energy in bit, Harvest rips out every ounce of Natural and Life Energy from the surroundings. Entire forest and ecosystems can be destroyed by merely charging up use for Reaper Techniques.
- While it holds detrimental effects on the surroundings, those of strong resolve (Other Roleplayer'c Character) will simply feel what is best described as a 'tug' at their very core.
Reaper Mode(死人モード) - Primarily the only use for users of Reaper Techniques, Reaper Mode provides a clean boost to the user's statistical prowess save in the Genjutsu area which is merely a fifty-percent increase in performance. In Taijutsu the user is capable of near-unbelievable feats of acrobatics, one's physical durability is not amplified but their muscle strength and reaction speeds are greatly improved.
- Ninjutsu usage, as typically used by the only Reaper Mode user to date, provides a rather unnatural amplification to the user's already impressive abilities. This is because, like all Techniques, the Chakra used is caked and riddled with Life Energy which in itself is comparably the 'ultimate' fuel source for Techniques it is used in. This can alter visual appearances of Techniques in a darker manner such as flames being a near blood-red hue or lightning being pigmented black over white/blue.
