A young heiress to the Saderan Empire, and the leader of the Knights Order of the Rose , Princess Piña Co Lada. Daughter Emperor Molt Sol Augustus, Piña has done her best to follow his example in leading the Empire to an era of prosperity.
All her life, she wanted to be seen as an equal. To be as strong as any warrior, and perhaps one day lead the Empire to an even higher renaissance of power and prosperity. She begged her father to form up her own knight order, and she was granted that. Within a couple years the official Knights Order of the Rose was established, but only celebrated as a decorated honor guard. Nothing more than display than actual combat. At least, until a more serious threat was upon the Empire.
As the GATE would open to Modern Japan, the Empire would launch a preemptive strike for reasons not completely known. But, Piña would soon see that those on the other side were not invaders, nor were their treatment of even bitter enemies barbaric and harsh. Instead, even after being embroiled in a brutal massacre of a war (to tallying over 120,000 casualties in the first night), Japan's far superior forces still reached a hand out for peace and diplomacy.
Eventually her own curiosity got the better of her, and she accepted peace talks, formed new friends with the Japanese embassy, and furthered their goals of peaces from within the Kingdom.
But their new found peace was short lived. Even though Piña held Japan in much better relations, her brother sought to utterly destroy them and usurp power for his own greedy desires. The following week, the kingdom became engulfed into a civil war, pitting Japan's Self Defense Force smack in the middle of the power struggle. Yet, with current political pressure, Japanese forces could not intervene, and thus the kingdom was forced to fight its own battles. That is until, a certain Ranger and his squad snuck in to help the princess and her people. Eventually, the JSDF forces were allowed to intervene in full to put a quick stop to her brother's reign of terror.
