Deputy Mayor Calico 'Callie' Briggs:
Callie is a major supporting heroine in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. She is the Deputy Mayor of Megakat City and an invaluable ally of the SWAT Kats, being amongst their most fervent supporters. She is the one who often handles the day to day dealings of City Hall, as Mayor Manx is cowardly and incompetent.
Callie is shown to be sweet-tempered, kind-hearted and self-reliant. She is also fiercely dedicated to the SWAT Kats and always defends them from Commander Ulysses Feral's accusations. Further, she has formed a significant bond of love and courage with them and it is implied throughout the series that she harbors romantic feelings for Jake Clawson, aka 'Razor'. She is also under constant pressure to singlehandedly keep the city running while putting up with Mayor Manx's snooty and amateurish behavior. As a result, she has very little time for herself and often vents her frustrations about her job to any who will listen, often the SWAT Kats. However, she regularly shows the confidence and courage to face any challenge in front of her and despite the mortal peril she often finds herself in, is always determined to turn the situation around.
Enforcer Lieutenant Felina Feral:
Felina is a supporting heroine in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. She is Enforcer Commander Ulysses Feralโs niece, holding the rank of Lieutenant. Unlike her uncle, Felina is trusting and respectful of the SWAT Kats, and is willing to work with them should the situation call for it.
She is somewhat lion-hearted, kind-hearted, sociable and self-assured. She quickly rose to the rank of Lieutenant without the assistance of her uncle's influence and she soon proved her worth, diving into whatever situation that may arise with guns blazing. More the type to shoot first and ask questions later, Felina's sense of survival and preservation has somewhat been diminished as she embraces action and adventure. Often stated as the best officer on the force, she doesnโt disappoint and has thus earned that title. She is an expert pilot and marksman, and more often than not gets the job done, even though it may not be by a method approved of by Commander Feral. Her only drawbacks are in fact those characteristics that make her unique. Her headstrong attitude has more than once gotten her into trouble, and her overconfidence in certain situations has nearly led to her downfall. Nevertheless, Felina gets back on her feet and back into the action regardless of whatever odds are stacked against her.
Captain Turmoil:
Turmoil is a villainous she-kat dictator who wants to conquer Megakat City by controlling the airspace, with the help of her airship, the Sky-Lion, and her force of female pilots, Omega Squadron. She was impressed by T-Bone's abilities and tried to seduce him by showing him around the airship, introducing him to her pilots, showing him modified airplanes that supposedly never went farther than the drawing board, and even promising him a position as Flight Commander. But in the end, T-Bone fooled her, having only pretended to fall for her graces, and she was defeated and arrested. She was last seen in prison, vowing to escape and get a "sweet revenge" on T-Bone.
