History/Origins
Silco grew up in the Undercity with Vander; a Lower level of Piltover. Their streets plagued with poisoned water toxins, poor air quality terrible living conditions for anyone. Even though Piltover states they are one nation, they have never been united.Piltover could careless about what was going on so long as their kind stayed bellow. Undercity was an outcast, their civilization struggling just to survive. Piltovers Enforcers plagued the streets only making maters worse rather then helping. Overlooked, Undermined.... However Silco had a dream that he shared with Vander, one day they would rise up and fight for the cause, They had a right to a better life! Who was Piltover to decide their fate? They would create a NEW life for the Zaundite, a better one. But Vander betrayed him. Drowned him even. Yet he survived via. As far as Silco see's it He was "reborn" His Weaker self then died, Only those who can fight death itself could understand the type of POWER you can receive. But because of the river toxins Silco's left eye was damaged and mutated. Despite his hatred towards Vander he always had a respect for him, till Vander decided he was giving up the fight; to turn himself in. Silco would do anything for his vision he still had for the Undercity. He believed Vander was not the leader the Zaundite needed in order to rise up. Like a snake, waiting to strike at the right moment. Seize control. If Vander wouldn't help him make this vision a reality then he would be taken care of. Nothing was going to stop him reaching his goal. Vanders lack of pushing for something better, slowly more people would ally with Silco who promised He wouldn't back down from a fight.
Present Day (SPOILERS AHEAD)
With Vander gone, Silco has become the new leader of the Zaundite. He has increased their profits and incomes by selling a drug known as Shimmer. Making connections with an Enforcer that allow him to continue to do his business but left untraceable. Despite having money, their were still the common problems of pollution and quality of life, No one could over throw him though because of the effects of shimmer. Shimmer was an addictive drug, gave one inhuman strength, but it was also corrosive to the body, just one dose and your body became so reliant on it that lack of a dosage could kill you. The mind is Also effected, It's incredibly hard to think straight. some Zaunite have been known to become hooked just because they were curious, didn't want to be weak anymore. Another faction has since formed; The Firelights, causing some trouble with Silco's Distribution as they work on destroying the drug all together, usually by setting fire to it. Jinx, Silco's adopted daughter is entrusted to help see to it the drug makes it to it's destination. However her psychotic breaks and unstable mentality cause slip ups, leaving Silco's followers angry, they want him to do something about her but Silco protects her. Jinx is his problem to worry about. Not there's. Hextech is a new technology that has come out, and his plan is to Take it, learn how to use it, and weaponize it. Attacking Piltover with a heavy hit. This takes time though and most of the Undercity hate to wait. If Silco has learned anything though, if you Rush through something, careless mistakes are made.
