About me:

The signs had all pointed to the end times. The end of the Oblivion Crisis gave way to a series of portents which would lead to a fate far worse than what the daedric lord could unleashe. The sons and daughters of Skyrim began to spill their own blood. Few knew that this was only the beginning. For 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 were returning. Beasts of myth and legend, long lost to the ages and received as only tales to frighten those around campfire. Dragons. For their return marked the beginning of the end times.

And one such dragon, the leader of this species was none other than the first son of Akatosh himself, Alduin. A dragon who's size could blot out the cold Skyrim skies, who's hide was as black as the deepest void. No mere mortal could ever dare to stand against him and his kin. Except one. In their tongue they were Dovahkiin, or Dragonborn! Mortals gifted with the blood of dragons, a Dovahkiin was said to be born in Nirn's most desperate hour, when a crisis would mean the literal end of the world, or their salvation. But like the dragons, they too were lost to time.

But in Nirn's darkest hour. The return of the Dragons, as foretold in the Elder Scrolls. The Dragonborn made her way through an unassuming spot near the boarder of Skyrim, where she would be captured and brought before a battle-hardened Empire~ wrongfully accused as a rebel in Skyrims ongoing civil war. And before she could make her case, the ranking officers decided she would be put to the sword, much like the rebels before her, to serve as an example for further armed rebellions against the Empire. For their main quarry, the leader of the rebellion had been captured, and the general in charge of securing Skyrim had wished a swift end to the fighting in order to focus on digging in for a renewed war with the high elves.

But, just as the Dovahkiin was about to be executed, something emerged from the clouds above the quaint town. A sizable wyvern, black as night, and equally aggressive. In seconds, the beast unleashed an unholy attack upon the unsuspecting town, giving the Dovahkiin enough time to escape, and clear her name. But, she would yet have to understand her destiny as the world's savior. For she would have to travel the region in search of lost artifacts, and eventually prepare to defend a neighboring town against a second dragon attack near the fortified town of Whiterun. The battle was brief, and at its conclusion, the Dovahkiin was able to not only destroy the dragon outright, but absorb its soul, much to the shock of the soldiers that she had aided. Minutes later, the Dovahkiin would hear a booming voice from high above the mountains as the silent monks called, and revealed her destiny of the Dovahkiin. A hero of legend who could not only absorb the soul of a dragon, but also understand their power, the Thu'um or shout simply by reading their language.

She would march on across Skyrim to further understand the prophecy, learnign new worlds, making new friends, and fighting challenging battles across the war torn countryside. From bandits to beasts, until eventually landing in the Nordic afterlife, Soverngarde, not as a vanquished hero, but as its savior~ as Alduin held the power to traverse the mortal planes to feed on their souls. But, what he had not expected to find, was the Dovahkiin had chased him into this realm, and rallied every Nordic hero through the ages to stand up and fight. In an epic clash, Alduin was slain, and Skyrim freed. But the country had been still scarred from civil war. Rebuilding would take time.

Yet a new threat would take place. Skyrim's Dovahkiin had been celebrated as a loved hero. A warrior whom in its darkest hour rose to vanquish their ultimate evil, unite a torn country, bringing much valor and honor to many of its Nord denizens. But, evil would soon rear its ugly head once more, as she would be relentlessly attacked by a pair of cultists praising that the *true* dragonborn was returning. And that the Dovahkiin of Skyrim was only a false deceiver at best. She was able to trace their origins to the small island of Solestheim wehre the island was facing its own dismal peril. The Dark Elves' home had erupted some time prior, covering the nearby isle in a blanket of ash. And to make matters worse its population had been enthralled by a curious presence, which turned out to be another Dovahkiin. But his intentions were far from heroic. For this Dovahkiin, named Lord Miirak was the first to ever have the gift. His corrupted lust for power drove this dragonborn on a mad quest to not only return to the land of the living, but to conquer it as its newest god. But his efforts were eventually stopped with the help of an unlikely ally. A Daedric prince by the name of Hermaeus Mora. The Daedric Lord of forbidden knowlege.

Skyrim however was far from free. For during the events of Miraak's return and Alduin's rampage, Vampires had periodically began to grow more aggressive, even taking to massive towns and fortified cities for prey. Their aggression was not without cause however. They were fuled for the spark of a new prophecy which was being fulfilled. And after Miraak and Alduin's defeat, the Dovahkiin began to delve further, uncovering a plot by one of the oldest and most powerful clans of Vampires, the Vohikars were attempting to wipe out the "Tyranny of the Sun" by magically blocking its rays, so that Vampires could roam and attack freely upon the living. But their plan was now locked into a jockey for power by not only rivaling clans of Vampires, but a returning faction of legendary vampire hunters known as the Dawn Guard. Once again war was reaching the doorsteps to Skyrim.

The Dovahkiin joined the Dawnguard after hearing about its reformation, and soon delved into ruins to find to her surprise, a Vampire sealed away with, of all things, an Elder Scroll. Together they formed an unlikely alliance to stop the Vohikars, which surprisingly she was their own daughter. And after a long quest, and a final brutal battle, the Vohikar clan was destroyed, allowing their daughter, Serana, and her mother to rebuild, as well as install a new era of peace between the living and the dead.
