Heather as the Entity can craft realms to amuse herself as her victims roam in terror or need. She can even interact in them as a fellow survivor.
Pyramid Head summoning:
Heather can summon Pyramid Head to protect her from the denizens of Silent Hill, though to an outsider it's more like just calling the monster to her so it can deal with the guilty. She can summon him outside of Silent Hill though at times he behaves off.
Sleep regeneration:
Self explanatory, after a good nap or rest she can recover from fatal injuries.
Personality:
Heather is normally quiet and to herself with a blunt mouth. However there are times she seems rather in human, she is after all the merging reincarnation of Alessa and Cheryl. But during her times not blending in she is rather cold hearted and distant. She can also be cruel like when she pretends to be a survivor like those she has trapped in her world.

Heather rather then chose a life of pretending she was human, had instead embraced the darkness. Heather after the events with the cult using her to be God's vessel had instead consumed God and becoming something different. After punishing the cult she left Silent Hill with Pyramid Head and ventured out into the world. However fitting in proved a task as she endured skeptic wayward residents. Having enough of the charade she designed a new world similar to Silent Hill, a sort of limbo to watch others attempt to survive. Sometimes it's bloodlust she distills in them, other times it's just lust.
